First time I watched Cruyff, when Ajax played against Juventus in 1973 European champions final, on at that time, maybe the biggest stadium in Europe, Red Star(European champion 1991) Marakana, Belgrade.

What? They could play everywhere. It was rare to leave Yugoslavia, not for teams to sign them if they were available.

In the 80s a lot of them played in European leagues. In the early 90s they all scattered around neighboring countries mostly, and some got into the bigger leagues.
