Matthäus,Messi,
Eh. It's all subjective. I live in Australia, and I've never considered buying my jerseys from anywhere other than inter.it

All my purchases have been personalised with a player name/number and with either a Serie A or UCL patch. For my recent purchase, the 09/10 jersey, I paid around 120euros in total which was $180AUD, to you guys that's $170 USD. Back when the Euro was stronger, I paid $230AUD for my centenary jersey with the red cross.

Yes it's expensive and it's not like I have enough money to be careless with, but I've always thought the money is worth it, and I've never regretted buying a jersey from Inter.

There are no Nike-stores in Australia where you could order them cheaper?

For me when buying inter stuff the price never comes into it. Shipping is bitch but what can you do. I paid €148 for my away shirt personalized with wes's number and a cl medal. €38 of that was shipping to SA. That was my last order. I always buy through inter store.

If its like the Nike Store's in SA you can't get personalised shirts. The stores here only recently starting stocking the normal home shirts and that's only because the new head of Nike SA is a inter fan.

Like I said, I've never considered it.

Inter is the source of all Inter products and Inter store is its main channel so it makes sense to go there.

However, I did just check online and there is a Aus Nike store I can order from.
But I don't think I can get scudetto patches or CL/calcio badges from the Nike stores. Buying from Nike store would apparently save me $40 AUD, but I don't know.. I still prefer interstore.

lol Imagine when the players get their own tops before the start of the match they had to iron on their own scudetto and coppa patches, would be amusing. Zanetti walking into the start of pre-season with his iron and acting like he knows the exact positions down to the nearest mm. Also getting stressed out before the start of a match because of the patches and swearing at the rest of the team "fuck off I'm too old for this shit, I hate winning! "

Yeah I sort of understand, ive been wanting to order from the interstore too. As a broke, needy college student interista though I'll probably just buy locally. Its much quicker as well. Is the quality/package/service better from the actual inter store? or is it more of a subconscious reason for buying from the interstore, like "im buying straight from my club, rather than some lame 3rd party". If I bought from the interstore i would kind of expect a grander package, like a blue and black striped box with the inter logo, maybe wrapped in black tissue paper with a free souvenir haha. maybe i expect too much.

I dono about it being quicker. I live in Australia, and my jersey took just 4 days to arrive. That's amazing as far as I'm concerned.

Regarding the quality, I assume they are exactly the same shirts sold at Nike as the are Interstore, but like I said, after browsing the Nike store online last night, they don't seem to offer the scudetto patch or either the CL or Serie A badge either. And it's a little outdated, as they still offer personalisation for #7 FIGO and #6 MAXWELL and #20 MUNTARI.

About the packaging, it just comes in a sealed plastic bag. Nothing fancy about it. Although I admit, every time I buy a jersey it's exciting to see the blue markings that say like "from Milano" etc

And finally I don't know about the service of Nike stores, but I can say from my recent experience, the service at interstore was (for me at least) excellent. Basically I ordered my jersey and UPS delivered it to the wrong address and the jersey was lost. I contacted UPS and then interstore who themselves contacted UPS to make an investigation into the lost jersey and then sent me another one.

Never ever gonna ship anything to Indonesia again.

I tried for the first time ever to ship it directly here and the custom fee turns out to be 40%. :wallbang::palm:

When I ship it to Singapore, it's free of fee/tax/charge/custom.

This country is so pathetic it's saddening.

I got the home top with zanetti on the back, see close up in real life and far away it looks amazing! From far away it looks bad ass and from close up you can see how smart it is and how classy it looks when the black and the blue start to merge. I can't believe all of the negative shit I said about it before it came out!

Ordering the away one tomorrow :)
What one you thinking about getting? Or both?

If I were you I would wait till after the club championship to order the second one. If we win it we get a new badge.

I have my away shirt but will only order my home shirt after the club champs.

I'm thinking that we will replace our scudetto patch with the club world cup patch in CL matches if we win it as our top will look crowded with everything on it. I normally buy two home tops each season anyway (one short sleeve with and one long sleeved) so if we win it I'll get a home top with the club world cup patch on it :)

and if we decide to add another patch without taking one off I'll just buy the patches and stick them on :D

Sick!! Yeah i saw the home kit in the store and it completely took me aback. I'll be going this afternoon hopefully to buy the new away top though, with sneijder. Only have money for one :(. I bought the 08/09 home top last yr with Ibrahimovic unfortunately and ive been DYING to remove his name from it. As for the patches... ehh i can live without the FIFA club cup badge, i much prefer the look of the scudetto on the away top. I cant decide if i want to buy a coppa badge too tho.

At the time getting Ibrahimovic was a great thing, I got the same thing :| same with Adriano on my 05/06 top lol but now you wish you could just wipe it off.

Completely agree with the scudetto patch! The coppa patch didnt come with the top but I ordered mine from ebay, so if you dont want it now you can easily get it later anyway.
