Huge test to see how this team reacts after a loss and without lautaro.

We have to have great results in the next three games or else after the coppa exit people will again start talking about infamous black holes we had every single season under inzaghi.

Sooner or later injury was bound to happen as lautaro's been playing way too much. Need arna's fat fuck to actually contribute now

We had those black holes before Inzaghi too.
Not when we were title winners though, and inzaghi is gonna be judged solely based on that this season.

if we survive this winter time I am sure we'll be fine. This is the time when most Inter teams went to shit.

Yes, but this is only one season. My point is that this black hole is not due to Inzaghi because it happened almost every year before him regardless of the coach.

Oh, I don't agree with that at all, as both his lazio and inter days so far prove it. Under conte with more or less the same core of players it didn't happen. Those things are mostly coaches fault and for us to just shrug it and say it happens all the time is beyond ridiculous, especially when we have quality wise the best team in italy. This isn't banter era inter or inter that just fights for cl spot like under spalleti.

First season with Conte, we had 3 wins, 3 draws and one loss after January and before the championship to be suspended due to COVID. It's not exactly black hole, considering that we beat Milan and Napoli, but not very convincing either. In December we had two more ties as well. If you compare that to the start of the season where we had only one loss vs Jube and one draw vs Parma, it was a small downfall. With Spalletti before we also crumbled around Christmas /New Year twice. The previous time when we finished 4th was with Mancini, who had 2 losses and 3 draw till the late December, only to concede 5 losses and 3 draws more, till the end of February.
I didn't follow the rest of the managers, because finishing on 5+ place means that the team had too many downs, and we cannot just wrap them in a certain period.
Winter is always coming for Inter, with one exception. I don't have a doubt that we will drop some points this season as well. I just hope do not be so much, and the other teams (mainly Jube) to slip down too.

If Miki or Barella get injured, we have Frattesi and Klassen to cover. Devrij is back. Pavard seems ready to step in. Bisseck is doing well. Against lesser teams we can do ok. Hakan can be replaced for a few games with Asllani. And Sanchez is back. One notice on Sanchez. He should run or press less, or with purpose. And shoot.
As long as no season ending injuries for our starting lineup, the second star is coming.

I say, 2:0 win for us.

ps. Darmian needs a breather too.

Kind of annoyed with Dumfries’ injury. Is he just busy negotiating for a higher salary?

Dang! Acerbi, Darmian and Mkhitaryan again, they deserve a Christmas bonus if nothing else.

Can't Pavard play instead of Acerbi? Darmian looks really tired. I don't mind Frattesi start instead of Miki, even Asllani for Hakan.

If Devrij is ready, I would start Bisseck instead of Darmian.

We will manage Lecce without Lauti and Fede, but Genoa is what Im worried about. Very hard place to play . The only team, who got easy win there was Fiorentina. Roma L, Napoli D, Rube X, Meelan 87' win.

This 4pt and 9pt difference can't become smaller before 2024.

oh we've seen Arna and Sanchez. Tikus has to save us!
