you probably consider the way you bash him.... it's kind of harsh to the point others could get insulted... Normally we have our own favourite players and some people we hate.. but very rarely other members of the forum got offended due to that...

I think you should lessen up your cambiasso bashing.. You can always hate him and bash him once in a while.. I don't urge you to like him. Just reduce the frequency...

What do you say about all mispasses Cambiasso gave to the Lecce players in first half when he was totally unstressed. Man he is not a guy to win Scudetto. He was the only one who cause danger in Inters defence the first half. But maybe you want to keep watching football with your ignorant eyes.

Dude no one was more pissed off than me, when we had purchased cambiasso from madrid last year, I was as usual bashing morrati & mancini for not bringing in the right players , But his perfomances last year have proven me wrong, He is a quality player, maybe not worldclass like viera or makele, but still a great player, who can & will win us trophies. Adriano wasnt also that good against palermo, so what do u want to do, Also kick him out of the team??? :doh: , stop judging players on one game, look at there overall perfomances and then talk

hey look at this.. I have nothing against Cambiasso, cause its not his fault he has to take a defensive role when I think he is underrated in an offensive role and better. Against Ascoli, Treviso, Lecce at home he can shine cause Inter can play with 3 in defence and 8 in attack, no harm done and he has nice technique and ball-control. But against Juve, Palermo, etc I think he´s to weak to alone cover a defensive midfield role , he shined with Cristiano Zanetti cause Crizan could off-load him,but against Lecce etc at home, maybe ok, CriZan is not so important, Cambiassos offensive skills are more important, but against tough opponents CriZan must play.

Hmmm.... despite your Cambiasso bashing you make a good point. I was surprised last year when Inter purchased him and the media asked him what his preferred posistion was and he said "offensive midfielder" or something similar. Just by watching yesterday's game, you realize that Cuchu indeed is not a pure DM like Viera, Makelele or Cristiano. He was pushing up very far in the midfield often leaving Veron to act as the DM, which is definitely not his role.

However I've never been a fan of the Cuchu-CZ duo against the big teams. Cambiasso may act like a playmaker against teams like Treviso and Lecce but against Milan or Juve, he'd be severely negated leaving us with no creativity in the middle of the park.

I spend 20 minutes thinking what to say about cambiasso but one thing is for sure, he is pure genius.

he can play great as playmaker or as defensive mid, so that gives us a lot of options in tactical way.

I didn't say to ban siwnetdeer because he have his opinions, I respect that.
But it's obvious he dislikes cambiasso, loves santana, we all know that but there is no need to repeat that in every single post. Even after the game when cambiasso won man of the match avard he says cambiasso sucx.

okey you don't like him, his style, but please don't tell us that in every post you make.

Cambiasso is a two-way DM, something that every top team must have. When we had CZ -- Emre, our offence was good, but not that effective. You can't go and try and win trophies by playing every game with an offence-phobic DM like CZ.

Sorry but I have to say some of inter fans in this forum just overrate Cambiasso. I say this not because I dislike him just becase he's not as good as you guys think. Maybe Inter can win a scudetto or a champion league but IMO Inter needs a better DM than Cambiasso to play against another big team like Barca, Chelsea, Juve or Milan. As some of inter fans here already said that Cambiasso is better in offense than defense and I agree at this point. Because Inter doesn't have a good DM like Juve(Emerson or Viera), or Chelsea (Makelele), Inter does not have a stability over a long period like Juve or Chelsea. Yes, we can beat Juve in 1 vs 1 match but that does not necessary win us a scudetto, we need more stability and this is the most important thing to win a scudetto. Thus, we need a better DM to stop as much as possible the opposing attack in the midfield.

Figo: 9.5 he just was great always present made some great moves and passes and changed side somtimes wich confused Lecce Fore me he s the man of the Match.

£igo was awful against Lecce, just plain awful against a team that´s probably the worst in Serie A at the moment. Sure he needs to adapt, but saying he´s playing great already is a huge overstatement. Look at Semioli and you see a class act game after game. I wish we could buy him...oh wait...we had him already, but we wanted to sign aging "superstar" to sell some jerseys instead. :wallbang:

Everything else has been said for this match already. Few notes: Veron had few class assists. Adriano surprised few of us ´cause he actually looked like an team player, a bit too fancy dancy but still a team player. Pizarro must be a happy camper, he used to be a regular in Udinese, now he´s an bench player for whole season if Veron dont get injured. Cruz is a class-act (wonderful, wonderful goal!). Martins still makes silly mistakes, but his goal was great. Cesar seems to be ready for Serie A already. I feel sorry for Toldo, he must be pissed...hopefully we sell (not give!) him in january. We still dont have strikers who play regularly and who can actually use his head in some corners (meaning, Adriano & Martins arent good in headers - Cruz is...use him more Mancini!).

Ok enough with this Cambiasso thing he played well this game and that all there is to it...I dare anyonewho watched say otherwise.

Figo i would give a 7 I will be more critical of him within 2 weeks and I know he will be better.

Veron 8.5 I dont care about the playmaker controversy when i rate him.He had two great assists and he put Stan in a scoring position twice in almost the same fashion.By the way something that we arent used to is happening,Veron is more involved defencively now more than ever good to see..

Adriano 8..More of a team player but he still should have been subbed early in the second half.Mancini had a chance to play Recoba in a good situation and not risk Adriano for games to come.Now there are reports Adriano picked up an injury and will be out for 2 weeks(hope it isnt true)

JC 8....I feel sorry for Toldo but this kid looks confident and with great reactions.

Stan..Great to have him back and doing well on the left too..I am glad and hope he succeeds against big teams too.

What the hell comon Figo was real great, he made no failors no fail passes. Perhaps hes defending wasen t that good but he made some great passes only thing wich wasen t that good, is that he s team mates somtimes diden t understand what he want s but this will fore sure will be improved.
