nice result.

i think there's absolute one thing mancio must get from this match:
never play both veron and pizarro at the same time.

Loved the goals, loved the way Figo celebrated.

Materazzi went crazy at the end with a stupid, wreckless challenge inside the Parma box.

By the way there were 2 clear penalties for us not given, when Cruz and Adriano were held in the area during set pieces.

Vital victory that should take some pressure off us. Bravo!

Stan looked quite good, he played a great pass to Adriano in the box, but Adriano didn't run, that really should have made it 3-0 i guess

Quite a disappointing result, and even though we score twice, I can't help get worried that our strikers still can't score.
However, I have wanted Figo to score for a long time now, and what a match to choose- his worst game of the season. :D

Why Mancini kept an injured Veron on the field and subbed out Figo was for me a mystery. I hope Veron won't be long-term injured after that choice.

Good result, but as a performance this is still nowhere near positive.

Not the most convincing performances by us, we really did take a long time to finally take the lead, and it shouldn't take this long.

Adriano looked alot more lively, he had a good game IMO. He looked alot fresher and faster and he was giving hell to the Parma defenders.

Cruz was very dry starting this game and Martins was no better...abit selfish from Martins when he was all alone in the box and decided to take on 2 defenders instead of either squaring it to Adriano or taking a shot.

Another reason we won this game is because JAVIER ZANETTI is back, and what a great game he had. In the first half he made at least 5 very dangerous runs on the right flank.

MOM for me is Luis Figo because not only did he score the opener but he put in at least 15 crosses today and he played pretty much everywhere on the field.

FORZA INTER!! :star:

I think it's the difference between Pizarro and Veron, when Veron returned to his best position, he made a through pass instantly which led to Figo's goal.

It kind of worries me when seeing inter keeping up the pressure on a team who has 11 men inside the box. When we sent crosses in, Parma head them back out. When we took shots, Parma blocks them and deflects them out.

Man of the Match performance wise definately JZ...To me he was the only one who had a better than average game in both halves. He was excellent the others just a normal performance.

-I hope Mancio now sees its better to play Figo on the right.Let Stan or Solari do their thing on the left with some exchanging of the postions during the game which is fine for our wingers.
-Play ONE playmaker.I really dont care who as long as it is one.If both play we dont get the most out of either.
-If it aint broken, dont fix it...Lets stay with this 4-4-2 we saw at the end unless there is an injury or suspension(ofcourse Samule should be in)Players should be changed based on their performance too.

What a game... IMO this form wont take us anywhere. however some good signs, having Veron =Figo and Stanko makes us very dangerous in attack, great pass frm Stanko to Martins, and great veron pass to the opener and Figo ran alot, ADriano more lively, we need to be more creative and i Dont think Pizzao is the answer for that, he lacks experience comparing to Veron.

3 points were very important and three poitns we got.

Anyone notice that Adriano had a decent cross or two from the right, with his right foot..I wonder why he doesnt try taking shots with it when he has to?

BTW once again our corner kicks, and fouls sucked..

Well, when Veron leaves Pizarro has to take the role. He's expected to do so..

Overall, i think it's still a positive game for us, at least it's a step up for us

Yeah, Adriano's crosses were nice. This was a good performance by him, even if he didn't score. He was running hard and trying his best, and his playmaking was really great.

I guess Materazzi will never change, why does he do all these reckless stuff? I think it's time for us to have Cordoba -- Samuel as our main duo.

I don't care if it's Stan or Solari, Veron or Pizarro, I just want us to go back to flat 4-4-2.

kosova, deki was great when he cam in, was everywhere on pitc

result is good but display wasnt

we wore mising one offenisive mid who will pick up balls behind adriano and cruz(martins) pizarro veron and zanetti are all deep players, cambiasso had that when he came in and scored a goal from that situation, and also nice to see deki back, we need his positioning and moving all around

good defence but again they rearlt have any help from mid in counter attacks

j.zanetti welcome back, il capitano the greatest!
