We still haven't found the right balance between attacking and defending.
We try to play beautiful and we score a lot of goals, but at the cost of our defense.

Although we play Rombo with three defensive midfielders, our defense is anything but safe.
We were dominated on the flanks and the lack of chemistry between our central defenders was horrendous, leading to dangerous situations on almost every german attack.

It's great that we are able to bring the ball forward quickly and create chances, but we must know when to stop and temporize the game.
Leo needs to find a way to bring balance in our play. If he manages that, then we would have made a big step forward.

The good notice is that Diego is back.
His offensive play with and without the ball is a big plus, and although he gets caught too often offside, this is the closest this season that I've seen him to last year's performances.

Balance and focus in the second half.
A two goal lead would be perfect, but I settle even with a one goal victory.
Just stop conceding!

You can start blaming players, when you see that the chances are due to obvious mistakes of defenders. It's not the case, as the whole team is in shambles(defensively) and it's the case for a long time now.

Very True. Lacks of work in the defense clearly but it isn't a 100% tactical problem, the CB's had his individual responsabilities in the goals they conceded. It's a 50-50 thing imho, Leo lacks of tactical training and the CB's have been performing bad.

Well for the heading they wouldn't have the 1st. Lucio and Samuel are better markers and headers of the ball than these two. Sysyem thing is right though.

I blame the midfield as much as the defence tbh. It's not only the defenders to blame when the midfield doesn't make any effort in defending by pressuring them and cover the counter attacks.
