This team has defensive problems both related to individuals(chivu sucks, motta can't run etc) and the fact they also suck at team defense.

But here's a newsflash. This team has ALWAYS sucked at defense. And I mean the PLAYERS. So yes, even last year. Mourinho knew that, so what he did was have all get behind the ball when defending and have them focus focus focus on team defense.

It's not the tactics Leo employs that are the problem per se. It's that obviously he's no Mou so he lacks the ability to teach team defense.
