Lol. How could it be the ref fault? He even stood in front of the screen for long before he could see the replay. We should be grateful he at least decided to use it otherwise we wouldn't be in the lead and most of us will screw the ref.

It can. On the first Milan match, the ref gave a pen and yellow, and then after using VAR, he changed the card to red.
