The problem is the cost involved, not just the quality.

The team itself is not bad, but with the amount invested, "not bad" is something you'd expect with the Jovetic-Ljajic-Perisic-Icardi year under Mancini. And yeah, it was not bad actually. Which proves the point.

It doesn't look like a team that could make noise outside of Italy, both in terms of quality and in terms of star power.

I don't mind the 2015-16 Mancini recipe for the first 3-4 months as long as we manage to make a couple of significant transfers in January and pick up from a psychological momentum.
