Suning is doing great to the club. It doesn’t make immediate effect like PSG or Man city, but we will see this in the long term.

Also my impression. I know the majority here want Suning to do a "Moratti or Abramovich", but I believe this is right approach!

The right approach would be to make a consistent revenue flow. At the moment it seems that we got an indirect injection due to Suning's influence. If they leave, that sponsor money goes away with them. Unless they take us a sporting level higher, this growth does not seem sustainable.

Better say, an indirect injection from Suning through sponsors. This for those who say Suning doesn't invest.
You are right, for consistent revenue flow we need a higher sporting level.

should be Handa not Dumbo but Dumbo is a pretty flying elephant so...

on the other hand it's clear that...Icardi is a persona non grata at Inter now

Gagliardini and Politano have that "Italian plumber" look that eastern Asians like, though they could use a photoshopped moustache. I'd also add Berni to the mix as the mascot. And Dalbert. He seems like an honest chap.

Skriniar shady?

Btw... so many posts without figures on revenues and losses. We were much more worried during Thohir's era :awyeah:

Well I'm starting to see on Inter news sites that we need to make another €40m capital gains by June 30th. The kind of news that causes my brain to feel physical pain.

God I hope fucking Milan have to endure this same shit for the next 5 years.

it's actually not exactly something that we had not heard of before. it's been said months ago, only back then it was a rumour, now it appears to be certain, also because we didn't advance to the knockout stages of champions league, which would have certainly helped.

Sell Icardi or Perisic and be done with it. Buy their replacement after July 1.

I'm sure Milan will escape unscathed while participating in a new Super League every year despite having been useless for the better part of 15 years.

While it is a pain and annoying it should not be much of an issue this summer for us. First of i think the 40 mio are exaggerated i dont see how we are in the same situation as last year even though we have cl revenue and higher sponsorship revenue while not increasing the costs by much.

On top of that i m sure that atleast one of icardi or perisic will leave and both of them would basically solve the problem for us as icardis book value should be around 2 mio while perisics should be around 8 so making a 30 mio cap gain on any of them should not be a problem.

Furthermore bookvalues of Gabig (12-14), Candreva (10-12), Dalbert (12-14), j mario (16) imho are all at values where we should be able to sell them so that we make a couple of millions on some of them. If spallo stays we might as well ad gags (14) to the list who is not really getting playing time.

Note: bookvalues might be off by one or 2 mios since i m not sure of the timing of renewals and on the exact depreciation method we are using.
So i think when compared to last year we have a much easier task at hand. Ofcourse buyers might still mess with us since they know will have to sell before july 1st.

No question. Makes you sick to even think of it.

I think the several previous windows have proven that no one wants our trash. Especially not for the prices we need to sell them at. Candreva is 32 and his performances on the pitch have been plummeted the past 18 months. No one is going to pay anything more than €5m for Candreva, let alone 10-12m.

Doesn't help that we're generally very poor at selling non-youth players. We don't know the timing of when to sell players nor how to get good prices. These are factors that make our capital gains requirements even more difficult.

I ll give you candreva but imho the book values of the rest is at a level that we should be able to sell them for a small profit.

Agree and if only ausilio was in charge i would not have too much hope of selling these guys for decent prices.
But marotta gives me hope i mean he did sell mandragora for 20 to udine and sturaro for 16 to genoa, when was the last time we sold any player for a decent amount to another serie a team?

Then again this might have been more of a jube thing rather than a Marotta skill.
