Yes, let say Inter could try to decrease wage bill by sell Bastoni and Calhanoglu, but looking Inter gives Lukaku 10 mil, Dzeko 6 m, Smalling 5m, so what will be Inter decrease?
That will not happen. It’s an absolute pipe dream.we need to start investing young and using our own youth
So based on these, Lautaro deserves 8 m, Lukaku deserves 10 m, Dzeko deserves 6m, Smalling deserves 5m, Darmian deserves 4m, De Vrij deserves 5m, Joaquin Correa deserves 5m, Dumfries deserves 4m, Acerbi deserves 4m,..... at all but not to give the same rates for Calhanoglu, Bastoni, Skriniar respectively?haha I am all for letting these 2 leave if they don't want to fit in our wage structure. Fking Napoli got a Korean guy...... and he turned out to be one of the best defenders in the league. This big team needs to give every a hole 5 million a season because they start for them but are just marginally better than a mid table starter making 1/5th the money. Let them leave. No one on our team do I see as a game changer to warrant the crazy wages they currently have much less the wages they want.
The rumors are that the merkato will be self financed once again. Which means, that we have to sell in order to buy. The main suspected for a sale are Onana, Dumfries, Brozo, Correa and Gosens. One thing I am really concerned about is Suning having the funds to rebuild in the summer. There are going to be a lot of free agents come the end of the season and lot squad places that need to be filled. It is all well and good for management to say that they would like to lower the squad age but the reality is very different and there are question marks as to whether Suning will actually be able to afford to do so.
Please default on the loanAccording to Il Sole, Suning are struggling to refinance Oaktree loan.
Please default on the loan![]()
Okay but that's pretty drastic and I can't see how bankruptcy would benefit anyone involved.Dunno, not that I can think of off hand, the only thing you could argue is that if inter does go bankrupt and everyone gets (Say) 50c/$, Oaktree would claim a bigger piece of that pie if the debt to Inter is larger rather than smaller.
