an update. parma will face a process because before the match against spezia (last match of serie b) two players of parma sent messages to the opponents asking them the favour not to put effort into the match as spezia wasn't fighting for any goal anymore, while parma was battling for the promotion.

strictly my personal guess: there is an 80% of chance that because of this parma won't go to serie A and palermo will be promoted instead.

in any case, we will have to wait a month or so before the process ends and we know for sure who will play in next Serie A.

...and Gilardino (Spezia) missed a penalty intentionally (??) at the 1-0 stage of the match.

there were lots of discussions about that penalty, because he puts his body behind, which is known to cause the ball to go up. and he's a very good player (who only happens to play for spezia cause he's almost 36) so imho he knew very well what he was doing
