if one player gets infected then the whole team has to be quarantined for at least 2 weeks, so it will pretty much demolish the fixture which is already tight.

14 day quarantine is only applicable to confirmed positive COVID tests OR if it is unknown (aka un-tested).

I would surmise that if a single player is infected, you test the other players first. If they do not have it, then no need to quarantine.

I'm no expert but as far as I know during incubation period it's not necessarily true you would flag as positive?

It seems so, in case it was possible to detect the virus immediately, there would be no need for 2 week home quarantine for anyone that came in contact with those infected, they could just be tested and decide whether they're in danger or not.

What pisses me off most is that yesterday the message of quarantine in the lombardy came out but the plan was to still play games in those regions which again should not be a problem if you play in empty stadia. And then this motherfucker of a sports minister decides to call in 20 minutes before the game was supposed to start what a fucking shitshow.

I mean i understand why they d rather not have 10k plus fans in the stadia but keeping 22 two guys who are constantly under health monitoring anyways from playing each other seems like a overkill. Also as far as i know as long as your asymptomatic your also not spreading that shit so unless a player coughs and does not feel to good there really should not be a problem.
