Joao Cancelo called Inter “a step up in my career” after arriving from Valencia. “I hope to win a trophy this year.”

The Portugal international full-back completed his move today, on loan with option to buy, in exchange for Geoffrey Kondogbia going the other way.

“Inter represent a step forward in my career,” the 23-year-old said on Inter Channel.

“It’s an historic club and I hope to grow here, contributing to the project. I hope to win a trophy this year.

“The aim is to settle in as quickly as possible, then we’ll try to fight for the Scudetto.

“I am a player who likes to help his teammates and I’ll give my all for Inter. I arrive with the belief I can do well and am ready to give my best for this jersey.”

Cancelo will wear shirt number 7 at Inter.

Both Cancelo and Dalbert will be much better with this formation. Too bad we only have 2 decent centre backs.
Remember im talking about 3-5-2, not 5-3-2, dalbert and cancelo would be like marcos alonso in chelsea, a guy who assist and scores easily.
