Jose is done. whenever I watched their games, it was kinda obvious that they had no specific plan or playing style. I can confidently say that Rome will be the easiest opponent we are going to face.
Jose needs to take a break to figure out what's wrong or consider joining a big club, similar to what Ancelotti did, or retire.

NT football could work for him much better than club football at this point. I think he's done at club football level unless he takes like one year off and updates his playbook drastically. In NT football, it's more about short periods, simple system since there isn't a lot of time to practice any nuances. In club football, the game evolves and if you don't keep up with that, you end up like Mourinho. With Mourinho, teams tend to fed up with him eventually with his non-existent playbook. When the coach cannot give the team answers how we can win football matches, team will eventually lose faith in the coach. I think this is what happened with Mourinho at Roma and what has happened to him at Spurs, maybe United and Chelsea too?

Ancelotti has surrounded himself with younger assistants who are more in tune with the game today, which has allowed him to keep up. He's also famously been very good at man management (although maybe not in Munich, which sounds like it was just a poor culture fit). I feel like José would just fight the French media the same way he always fights the media where he works. He's finished at big or semi-big clubs.

Honestly, if you were to ask Roma fans upon Mou's arrival if they are fine with a Conference trophy and EL final in two successive seasons, most of them would've taken it in a heartbeat.

Their current standing on the Serie A table is exactly where their roster of players deserves to be. What he achieved with Roma's players is the club's effective maximum right now regardless of who manages the squad.

Their only good player is Dybala who is injured most of time. Lukaku is a fraud and dont expect him to do anything against stronger team. Pellegrini and Spina were good but thats not the case this season. Others? Garbage. But I agree that Mou should done better in the league. 6th position would be realistic.

Absolutely not. I’ll forever love Mou but I think he’s done at the highest level. That Roma squad is an absolute mess with ridiculous earners that aren’t contributing enough or are constantly injured but Mou hasn’t evolved enough for modern football.

I don't think he is as finished as people said he is, given the places he went to after the relationship with players broke down at Chelsea, he's actually only been places with really horrible situation Manchester United, Spurs , and now Roma (I am more interested in how he would finish this season, given the injuries and hard fixtures kinda finished?) All the team he left sank further afterwards.

Still won't take him back given how well we are doing and in the course of developing ourselves. I think Roma will sink further. Might be interesting to see him coach PSG, might be the right chemistry.
