Have you listed so on as a flaw? Lol what does that even mean?

Personally im very happy with this signing but time will tell

I am very happy with this signing as well. I don't know why people are complaining. Keita already looked promising at Lazio (not fucking Sassuolo), Spalletti has a record for improving pacey wingers and it's just a loan. He's also versatile. He can play on the right, he can play on the left (btw do people realise our only Perisic backup option was playing Karamoh out of position?) and he can also play as an SS or even an CF. This signing gives a lot of options to Spalletti. My only issue is that his option is a bit too high but if he ends up being one of Serie A best wingers he'll be totally worth it. If he doesn't work for us then we can simply send him back to Monaco.

34M is a fair price because football world is expensive and we have to adjust ourselves. Shick cost Roma 43M, so if Keita will do well for us, it means it’s 34M for a young proven Serie A player.

our attack is fantastic with Keita.

So happy about this signing!
This fella is everything we lacked on that flank football-wise.
We will see about those attitude issues but I really doubt it will affect us worse than the attitude that a certain Candreva was showing during the blackout for ex.
Also, how spoiled did we get after the free transfers that we were blessed with? Since when is 34 Mln for an option is an overkill for a serie A proven young talent? Did I miss something?

That's a total of almost 40m. Verdi was available for 25m. I don't get it..
Verdi is overrated as hell.

Yes,little to much but I wanna see if Candreva will go there at the end.Or maybe J.Mario.

Bravo! He gives us lots of options, he knows the serie A and he is technically superb. Spalletti is the best to develop wingers with talent so let's hope he shows us what he is able to do. I haven't heard all this complaints about the attitude of Vidal when he was about to sign for us...

We still don't have anyone who can play naturally on the left wing apart from Perisic...
Politano played 37 games on a left wing last two seasons.Last year he even played more as a CF then as a right winger.

Naturally?I dont know but he played best football in his career on the left side.

Certainly not the end of the world but Keita is a known prick. His 'attitude issues' would be best summarised by describing him as a "little shit" kind of guy - frequently unhappy over seemingly nothing, regularly complaining about minor things, kinda like 08/09 Balotelli. He's not as bad as 2009/10 Balotelli :yao:

Unless I'm confusing him with someone else, didn't Keita stand up and leave the teams Christmas dinner when Lotito went on stage to give his speech? He'd been having disputes with Lotito and whoever the coach was at that time if I remember correctly. Before the "duhh lol fuck Lotito" comments, it doesn't really matter if your president is Lotito, Moratti or Zamparini. It's not the end of the world and I'm not one of those guys who thinks a single non-Zanetti player is going to destroy the locker room but that kind of acting out is just impudent and immature. No one likes little shits like that.

My biggest issues are not related to his personality though. He excelled most playing as a second striker mainly. He is NOT going to succeed as a winger in our system IF Spalletti expects him to do what Perisic and Candreva do, especially tactically and in defense. In that sense, he'd be good off the bench or in a freer role than whatever the fuck Candreva is doing, or as others have mentioned, in a 2-striker system. I was personally hoping that right wing role would be for Karamoh or even Rafinha as a AM/RM. But it is true that Keita is currently a better player than Karamoh while Rafinha looks to be more a distant memory than a realistic signing.

Also his redemption price seems to keep fucking going up? At first it was €30m, then €31/32m now €34m? Next week we'll have signed the cunt on a €15m loan fee with €60m option at this rate.

I was replying to this: That's because many of them have flows:inconsistency, bad attitude and so on

It was in bold also, just like it is now.

Maybe we can give Monaco 40m for Keita, straight cash, if they give us 40m for Joao Mario. We can throw our shite at each other in a FFP compatible manner.

Monaco's vice-president has confirmed that Keita is going to Inter. Not that we haven't already known that, but still.

Just curious, maybe now that we have actual wingbacks in the squad, could it mean that we might not need to play wingers as we did last season? I don't recall Salah being somewhat extraordinary in defensive contribution and yet he played well under Spaletti. What are the odds that Spaletti has more than one way of using wingers in case he's got options in the roster?
