I think there are enough links to justify a thread. This guy is about as green as they come, making his pro debut in 2021. There are reports of us offering players like Esposito to Empoli. Clearly he has made an impression in a short amount of time.

I haven’t watched him all that closely, @pazza moratti says he’s good on the ball, which is exactly what we need. But considering Brozo will play the lion’s share of minutes, you wonder how a youngsters growth may be stunted.

One of our biggest problems last season was the lack of a vice Brozo. So what do we do to solve the problem? We want to bring this kid to the club who has started just 14 matches as a professional.

It looks like a big gamble to me but let's say for the sake of the argument they have seen something special in him and their assessment is right.

Another thing we need to take into consideration is the effect a move to Inter would have to his development. If he can also play as a mezzala, then ok. He will get plenty of playing time. But if he can only be a vice Brozo then his playing time will be super limited.

This kid needs playing time to develop, not rotting on the bench of a top club. I am very wary about this move.

I believe that one rumour stating that he's an Ausilio obsession. We would have gone for Ricci before Torino signed him if our scouts were watching Empoli play, which they definitely were before he got injured. If the club wanted a young up and coming player who could fill that Brozo role we could have looked abroad and found players like Seiwald, who is definitely much better than Asllani btw.

It comes down to being a cost + personal want. I don't see why it would be anything else. Bad move though. Brozovic plays most games so you'd want his substitute to be ready at a moments notice to contribute. I don't know how this kid would handle that.

The only options under this management seem to be A) a washed up, overpaid Serie A veteran or B) an unripened player.

Given the choices, I'll take B and see what happens.

I know diddly dick about him, but the way he scored that goal against us was really impressive, like the way he stopped the ball and finished.

+ being albanian helps, so bring his ass here.

When one is old, he is finished. When one is young, he is inexperienced. Do you know what do you want exactly?
Let's assume for a moment, that the management was following him before to make his transition in Empoli's first team, and that was the last step that convinced them about the lad. Considering our financial situation, the moment to get him is now. Next season, his price tag could be 20+ mln at least.
I'm saying all of this, without watching even a single game of him. I just think that if Ausilio rates him so high, there is a reason for it.

Exactly.

Mkhy is too old, why don't we gamble on youngsters more, unearth a diamond, etc. and we see interest in a youngester and he is suddenly too inexpirienced :D

There is surely something in between a washed up 33 year old and someone who has only started 14 times in the Serie A his whole career.

Don't know this Asllani guy, bet he sound like someone who needs a lot of development. And as a Vice-Brozo he wouldn't get a lot of playing time here.

We want someone who has played more than 10 games as a professional. The sample is simply too small.

I like the idea of Asllani. If we can get him on a swap with Esposito, its a no brainer.

Asllani has insane long passes, the weight on those passes is so good for a 20 year old. This is a perfect age to get him, and largely use him to give Brozo 20 minutes of rest + some coppa starts. We desperately need a vice-brozo!

and make him develop so that he can play next to Brozo if needed as well

now that Dybala is apparently coming, we can play a game or two without Hakan

Too young my ass,guy has more experience than Asllani. He should get a serious chance in preaseason.

There is and it cost 15-25M.
