Actually someone explain to me why this type of loan deal makes sense. Like player is not our asset yet so it's not amortized or how does it work? The loan fee should be handled anyway somehow in the books. Maybe there's some difference there and it's more beneficial to our situation?

Fact is we pay only 4m and the rest later but the club has cash in the bank so the cashflow cannot be the issue?

It's purely cashflow. If you sign a player on a loan with an obligation to purchase, it's the exact same thing as purchasing the player from an accounting standpoint.

But I think it is different if the obligation is masked as an option, which may become a compulsory when some conditions are met.

It depends on the conditions. If they are clear that they will be activated at some point it's considered as normal transfer. Like Correa deal. Activation clause was that when Inter manages to gather a point after February.
