Well where are the talents???...

Name me 5 talents of Inter in the last 5 years that made an impact...

Let me predict your answer: "Martins and euh euh euh i dont know euh euh euh"

And a true nerrazurro could never support for Gresko (just to mention)...he cost us a scudetto...

I will always support Greško because it is very good person and believe or not very good player. I would say situation in italian football cost us many scudettos. That match against Lazio we lost 4:2 and can you say it was only Greško's mistake? If so, say hello to Durai in my ignore list.

Our problem isn't production of talents but trainers who does not believe them. We have Martins thanks to Hector Cuper. We had many players who were able to become stars - Ekwueme, Rebecci, Pasquale, Altobelli, Beati, Biava... - players who were italian primavera champions, or weren't??? Maybe you know something more.

And now we have Andreolli, Momente, Slavkovski, Maa Boumsong and others...

Ok i know they won the Primamavera Title...but what good does it do them if they never make it to the first team on a regular basis...

And its ELIAKWU...who scored more then 30 goals in that campaign...

My point is that we sell, loan or co-own ou players always to other teams and never bring them for a longer period of time to the first team...most of them only get to train one year with the big boys...

My second point is that instead of always buying 30+y old players...we should bring in big (known or unknown) talents or put primavera guys there...

And everybody here knows the facts...and knows i'm right on this...everybody is happy with the release of Ze Maria, Kily, Favalli and Wome...so that demonstrates my point...

There is no point in bringing up Maa Boumsong for instance as an example as he has only played a handfull of minutes...

What good is a youth program if they dont make it to the first team??? What in the hell are you then investing in?

And plz if someone could prove me wrong i would applaud you...but noone can...coz the only youthproduct we have is Martins and we barely buy very young talent...

OK, I think Mancini is our big problem. He plays with our stars and gay partners from Lazio. I would rather see our youngsters in first team - Andreolli, Maa Boumsong, Momente, Bindi, Germinale... In big clubs there are coaches like Rijkard, Ferguson... who give opportunities to young stars and it works well there. In the past we had coaches who gave opportunity e.g. to Bergomi, Berti - they weren't stars immediately but after few years in first team they became superstars. But Mancini knows our board will buy every >30 player for him so he does not see any reason to risk with youngsters and we will continue loaning them to Cx teams.

Btw, I am also happy we released Ze Maria, Kily, Favalli, Mihajlovic, Wome and others but we will buy another players like them (Lazio is full of them) and I will always hate Mancini for not giving opportunity to youngsters...

We will never ever produce any youth guys if we have people waiting for results with immediate effect... See Roma... they suffered whole season thanks to the youngsters being promoted and they played, had trouble, but look at them now!

but that is Inter in a nut shell and it have been Inter in a nut shell since I started to support the club back in 1997. so did you really think it was going to change over night. the main reason for this is not our coaches but the pressure from Moratti who wants the impossible a scudetto in the first season, and with such a demand then it's logical that there are no room for youngsters.
