Man utd just signed a shirt sponsoship deal with chevrolet that is worth a whopping €50 million a year...the epl just sold it rights for a whopping 2.3 billion(figures that the serie a can only dream of)....so ultimatel when it comes down to it,man utd have a stronger team than inter,man utd have greater commercial revenue than inter,man utd fill their stadium week in and week out unlike inter and last but not least man utd play in a much more respected and highly paid league than inter...these are all factors that will pull players towards man utd and away from inter.....

As for my earlier forbes mention.....there is a reason why some clubs are more valuable than others...it is because,quite simply they are the bigger clubs....microsoft is a more valuable corporation than facebook simply because microsoft is a bigger corporation than facebook....similarly the likes of man utd,chelsea,real madrid and barcelona are regarded to be more valuable clubs than inter simply because they are(whether inter fans like it or not)bigger clubs than inter.....its a simple rule of economics..the bigger/more prestigious product is always more valuable..

I am not trolling...he made a comment about man utd before 1990...yes,we were poor from 1975-1990 during which we never won the league...similarly,inter didnt win the champions league since the 1970's before they finally won it in 2010...my point is that every club goes through poor cycles...that user was trying to demean man utd by pointing out a period during our history when were a team without trophies...i responded by showing the time during inter's history when they didnt win a single champions league(frm 1970 to 2010)..swings and roundabouts...

But you're coming up with this abstract ridiculous shit, involving money, more money, market cap, marketing and Forbes to try to explain how ManU is better than Inter and anyone would choose MU of the two. And this is happening in an Inter forum, where people clearly aren't OK with someone coming here and telling them their club is somehow lesser than other in comparison. What the fuck does 'bigger club' mean - that's not really sensible either.

And as this being a Lucas thread I could tell you, for example, that he could as easily choose Inter because we've been in contact with him for ages [and I mean ages when he was priced 300k] and invested so much time and effort with his agent, family, in person, etc. bullshit that you're just no competition in luring him.
