Imagine having either Cancelo or Hakimi in this final. Imagine having Eriksen, Banega or Perišić on the bench. Imagine Skriniar not being injured/not being a PSG player already. Imagine Sensi wasn't always injured. Imagine Sanchez was still here.

This is the difference between City and Inter. If City had money issues like Inter does or so much bad luck with players, they (City fans and City players) wouldn't be so loud. But this Internazionale went through hell and back again in the past 10 seasons.

I remember where we were in 2013. I didn't look pretty. We've been a team on the rise for at least 6 seasons. It's clear that if we had the money, we could be on City's level (without spending so much money, I believe).

This is why it would be even sweeter to shut them up now. But it's not going to be easy.

Think as we stand, we'd be better off starting with LuLa. If we want to make an impact (or if they're gassed out) then we bring on BOTH Dzeko and Mkhi. I feel like intelligent players like Mkhi would be the difference maker.

I understand the rationale of keeping Lukaku if we have to play ET and pens. But you'd never know if we have a pen in the first half. Players know this is the biggest game in their carrier and there's no more games to save energy for. They can push the envelope a bit more. Don't be surprised if Acerbi would run like Lucio in the 96th minute

Well you should see comentators and pundits on Croatian sport chanels (Htv, Arenasport, Sportklub..). All are EPL fans and only Italian team they support is rubentus.

If we play our game, we win. Simple as that. Our 3241 was designed to shut down transitional play. United, real all fed on scraps because there was nothing to counter for them. Remain calm on saturday and the ucl is ours. This is not arrogance. This is simply how it’s going to play out. No way is inter going to boss possession, that will be us. Only way for them to score is via worldies(long shots) and counters/set pieces.

In general we should not underestimate Inter by any means. But for sure, the likes of Barella (I rate the guy) and Latauro are notable threats.

I don’t like the notion that they are the Italian Spurs according some people (I mean they have won trophies more recently than Spurs). Sure, not their best season. But still, this is a legendary club.

That said, these boys better ready to show them what they’re up against.

Not shitting on Inter but they have no business being in cl final but since they are here need to be taken seriously and their key players evaluated.

But let’s not forget for 1 second that they got here by beating teams that getting to cl quarter finals is over achievement for them.

They beat a Milan side handicapped by their best player being injured in the 1st leg and not fully fit for the 2nd.

Bennacer also got injured really early in that game.

They were up against Giroud, Origi, Diaz , Messias, Saelemaeker, Rebic and krunic.

Apart from Tonali these guys are not as good as City’s reserve players.
