he'll be great for about a month or two, then he'll be mostly inconsistent next season, then he'll be sold the season after because he was frozen out of the squad

kudos to Milan for letting their legends go and making their new team look twice better than Inter in a matter of a year

As said in many posts before

BBilan gets Balotelli
Inter gets Rocchi.

Nuff said.

Balo is a player with super potential qualities. And now he's playing certainly all matches and all along El Shaarawy. In case many people haven't noticed he's in a very young dressing room as well. He can have more fun there instead of being with the old, serious guys.

Either case, we're fucked for the C.L-spot unless a miracle happens

Dude either way, Balo is wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy better than Rocchi, no need to say potential this potential that, he is a better player without the potential to be a world class.

As is, Balo is god for rocchi, god in every aspect. Never in his career, not even in his peak Rocchi was better than Balo. Balo was born a better player. Rocchi in his best days it is not the 1/100 of Balo now.

We should just accept that that bald grandpa from Milan knows his job, Brana and Moratti dont have a clue. Simple as that.

If we arent signing Pualinho we should have took that money and signed Balotelli now. Instead we have rocchi to save the day. At least Balo is friends with and plays well with Cassano, throw Palacio into the mix and we might have started to score goals.

Duuuuuuude, I agree but its not like they cost the same amount of money either. 20+3m is a LOT of money.

Balotelli is a good player, but he comes with a lot of baggage. A big risk, sure it could pay off for Milan, but it still is a big risk. Specially considering the fact that Milan needed a top AM more than a top striker at the moment. They already had decent young strikers (Shaarawy, Niang, Bojan).

All in all, I wouldn't call this a "brilliant" move by Milan. I thought their move for Shaarawy was brilliant. This window, the Saponara transfer was another good piece of business. This Balotelli gamble, hmmmm.... I think they could have spent that money better.

I agree that they don't necessarily need a striker as much as they do an AM, but the acquisition is something that I presume was done to give hope to the fans after selling Ibra and Silva, not to mention the clearing out of all the grandpas that took place over the summer and the subsequent crisis months that Milanisti had to endure.

What I want to know is...where is our Balo :( We sold a good chunk of our treble heros along with a great youth prospect, had to endure a terrible campaign last season and have been put through the ringer every transfer season since we sold Eto'o in chasing players who we could never afford in the first place.

Even though Berlu is scum and the epitome of a corrupt politician...he knows how to make his people happy after they've suffered.

they dont need am as they play 433 with fake#9 most of the times because pazzini is not strong nor technical cf he is a poacher at best so with balotelli upfront they can work with this formation, boateng is is being played lcm and he is adapting to the role, he can be good there seeing he is got what he needs to work as lcm, they have a problem with cdm which i see them getting one of poli/kucka they are already off loaded alot of player this mercato and in summer the rest will be shipped off

abate 12.5m plus bonuses to zenit (r u kidding me, the guy is a headless chicken only good thing that he recovers fast)
antonini around 3m to spartak. really no body wanna buy our retard full back?

check this out, ibra said that he and silva agreed to leave in order to help milan financially, he said that milan is a place that he will never forget and he has a contract with psg for 3 years and he can never forget milan and coming back is on cards. on the other hand silva always posts pictures of him and milan players and praise milan on daily basis, it sicken me to see players connected to this shirt this much. pato promised berlusconi to come back stronger and i really doubt they will get paulinho if we dont manage to get him before they have an open eu slot.
all in all we are inter and we are really used to dark unknown times so nothing is new to us.

12.5 for Abate? So they get more for Abate then we get for Coutinho? Coolest of stories.

Sky - At the moment that City and Milan came to an agreement, Inter were contacted as expected. The Nerazzurri, however, did not want to exercise the clause which would allow them to raise starting at the agreed fee of 20 million euros.

So apparently we could at least match offer from Milan but chose not too.

its called being a gentleman, we decided to keep going, man city was desperate for any body to enquire so they can have some kind of a leverage but the didn't, galliani and riaola plotted it good last summer and then dropped the mona lisa bomb

Yes, and that was a good call. He will be on a big wage on Milan. Splashing 20m€ + wages to Balotelli would have been devastating to this club. Way too inconsistent player STILL, after 2,5 years of the sale. He's funny to follow but I don't want him to my team.

Most of the transfer fee are paid in installments. Only thing that varies is how much you pay upfront. There are rare cases like Torres to Chelsea, Ronaldo to Madrid, Carroll to Liverpool where complete payment was paid upfront but it's very very rare case.

Hope Curva Nord lands a flare on his head during the next derby. And another for Branca.
