"Mario Balotelli is on the brink of joining Manchester City from Inter Milan for an initial £24million.
The 19-year-old has told friends he is joining City and has agreed terms on a £65,000 a week five-year contract, according to reports in Italy. The transfer fee could eventually rise to £29m with add-ons."

Love the talent. Hate the rocks in his head. Now I fear this guy makes the difference against us going forward. All made worse by our own management's mismanagement in multiple transfer markets.
Moratti will realize one day that this is leading to nowhere. What's the point of having a stadium in 3 years in you're becoming a mid-table club. Not saying that you are, but transfers and a general plan don't really show much ambition. Same with us, sold two of our best players and still thought we're going to make in to the top three. First half of the season proved Galliani and Berlusconi wrong and they finally started doing this market. All their effort went for scouting and making a plan for the next few years. Even if Balotelli fails, what matters the most is that they actually tried to achieve something. More votes for Berlu, for example
