Coutinho and Julio Cesar also lived next to the stadium, so I think it has more to do with the fact there are nice condoms nearby than anything else. I'd also be surprised if the decision came down to Icardi not Wanda. And if it says something about him that he lives next to the stadium, it must therefore say something about Zanetti who doesn't even live in Milan.
