It has somewhat improved, but I wouldn't say "significantly". Besides, right now the major concern is that we don't score and he's a big part of it. He's always been kind of "streaky" and hasn't improved at all under this point of view.
Having Keita again should help us the team a lot, as that means to add another striker, one who (unlike politano and this year's perisic) doesn't suffer too much from playing wide in terms of scoring
But as for Icardi, overall he isn't that better compared to a couple of year ago.
For 110 million I would sell him, as long as we already have a good replacement.
And that even without considering the very annoying and recurrent question of his contract.
