Infinitely preferable to Sanchez, probably Arnautovic too. He’s also a standard #9 goal scorer in some respects.

That said, completely not the profile I wanted, which was someone with a bit of pace for a change, even if they’re more of a winger / wide forward.

Imagine if we had a Leon Bailey type player in the squad. Would be so useful to have that kind of skill set in our arsenal. Something we’ve completely lacked for years.

Exactly. He is the player we should've went for instead for Correa. It will stay a black spot for Inzaghi. Felipe Anderson would come on every game in the last 20 minutes for Thuram and I'm sure he would have a G+A every other game. He knows what Inzaghi wants from him.

We have so much debt that it is almost impossible to get out of without selling the club or selling all our star players .... let's not cry about a free agent that is coming as 3rd/4th choice CF

I would def prefer we bring back 2 youth players from loan instead of bringing him or keeping the 2 crap CFs we have but its not realistic.

Just be happy its not hey we are bringing this exciting player but Barella, Hakan and Lautaro are all going to the EPL
