Why? Because we haven't closed the deal by 17 June when the mercato closes 1 September...
It will be a tug of war with Cairo but Bremer will 99% be an Inter player by the end of the mercato.

I suggest you take on a little more pessimistic outlook of Inter's situations, will likely save you from a lot of disappointment.

I prefer sitting right on the top end of optimism. Highs are higher.

Besides I have seen this mercato story repeat itself loads over 25 years...

Then you must have also seen people here overreact exactly the same way over the entire history of this forum, why still bother?

I think Marotta have done some mistakes last summer and january.

Lukaku deal for Chelsea was a good deal for €115m, but then getting Correa and Gosens both for almost €60m, was teribble busines. Either of them hardly played or made any impact to our scudetto race and now we have to make again €60-80m payment for Suning loans.

With Correa/Gosens money we could just kept Hakimi or renew Perisic, De Vrij and Skriniar or just kept some buffer for this summer?

Also now this Lukaku madness seems like another financial disaster and what we need to solve again at next summer?

I don’t know is this cause off bad planning or bad communication with our managment and Suning or both? But this need to stop asap!

Correa was a terrible deal, but Gosens? That was a pretty smart move imo.

We will see and he is a good player, but I ment if we would not buyed Correa and Gosens we would now have €60m on hand or we could have kept Hakimi who is better than Gosens.

Sounds similar to our mercato strategy.

Lmao they don't even play the same position.

Perisic said at end of the season that ”you don’t wait until last minute for contract extension talks with big players”.

We could have kept Perisic with a new contract if we wanted?

Perisic plays LWB and Hakimi played RWB and with that €60m we spend to Correa and Gosens we maybe could kept both players… no?

That is another mistake for Marotta to leave Perisic contract so late and you can see those Perisic comments that he was butthurt and for a reason.

Hakimi would have given us 100% bigger impact to what Correa/Gosens ever can!

But it’s easy to be post-wise, but still we can learn from looking in past?

We bought Gosens because Perisic always wanted to leave. In January, it was a given that he was leaving.

Perisic only had a second thought towards the end of the season. But since we had signed Gosens, we didnt have much room to maneuver.

Yeah that's the likely scenario. Perisic probably expected Inter to renew his contract in the summer. After they hesitated to do so he made up his mind about leaving and Inter felt that too; that's why they signed Gosens.

I read this comment that he would have been willing to renew with Inter if he would have gotten a new deal early? But it seems you guys have better information what happened with Perisic contract negotions? So I have to again just trust ”fif’s common knowledge…

You can smile all you want but who's gonna pay that 10m salary? How is Gosens' deal related to Hakimi when Gosens was a January signing and Hakimi was sold in September?

I agree with you though, we fucked up big time with leaving Perisic's contract extension so late, I honestly think Perisic wanted to stay and we could have extended his contract when there was little to no interest from other clubs.

There were other priorities. Renewing lautoro, barella and brozovic were way more important at that point in time.

Signing one of the best lwb's in the world at a discount price is an opportunity you take. Also we don't start paying for gosens till next summer. Gosens was signed for the upcoming season in mind not last.

We were always selling hakimi there was a deadline by which suning needed cash.

Corea was a specific request from inzaghi after losing rom. When you appoint someone you need to give him something.

As for january or september transfers or what position a player play does not matter, as it’s all Inter/Suning money and as I know we only have one budget. Inter can decide when and where they use that money… you don’t have to buy anyone if you don’t want, but all transfers are connected as they affect to our budget.

You cant see what really happen behind the scene. For now i trust Marotta because he can bring quality to our team even when we lost key Players.

Good thing replace Vidal with Mkhitaryan.

Lukaku and Dybala for 10 million are an excellent business.

Asslani and Bellanova are bright talent.

Even we lost Skriniar, we will get Bremer.

Last season even we lost Lukaku and Hakimi. We still beat Liverpool at Anfield.

Losing Skriniar for Bremer hurts, because with that we still haven't fixed the De Vrij problem.

That's like your opinion lmao.

Again, going back to your statement, tell me how not spending ~60m on Gosens and Correa would lead to us still having Hakimi? When in reality Hakimi was sold first and buying Correa was after the fact that Lukaku forced a move. Timeline does matter, it's not as simple as value = value
