Yeah, that Ranocchia extension was a disaster. Another is Nagatomo extension to 2019. WTF? I really hope he's not in some 2m€ salary but lower.

I just saw these moves as club protecting its own assets. I mean Rano was shit back then but he could have got a contract from another club and leave for FREE. We invested a lot of money in Ranocchia and probably still hope to somehow recoup part of that sum. Naga rejected Man Utd and was offered a new contract.

I don't ever get the "this young player can learn from this older one" learn what exactly? A player either knows how to finish or doesn't, knows how to pass or doesn't, they improve on their own. I don't see anybody learning anything from older players other than learning to be model professionals maybe, or good human beings if the older person is either of those things

It doesn't have to be something football-related (but it usually is I would imagine), like a certain skill or when to make a run/help defend etc etc. It could be on how to handle the pressure and how to perform the best a player could, mentality-wise.

We are already short of CBs. Not sure if selling one of CBs tens days before the market closes is a good idea.

Although, I would very much like to see Rano replaced with a more competent defender.

This midfielder thing is mind blowing I mean our management knew that we need some kind of upgrade over medel and melo. We would need that upgrade with Mancini as well and they had a whole summer trying to bring someone and our only option was Joao Mario all summer long and we can't deal with Sporting for him. Now we have an alternative option in Sissoko. What is more absurd that at the end we might end up with empty hands because of FFP. This is some next level error in our club and I seriously don't even want to know that how this could happened

This just proves us how fucking stupid it is to have these Chinese owners running the club when they don't have any clue whatsoever about A) football B) European football C) transfer market D) our squad and most importantly E) one guy as their advisor when it comes to making transfers, guy who happens to be an agent for many players in Europe.

Kia pushed this Joao Mario shit to Suning's throat all summer and now everyone suddenly realized we can't actually do the transfer because FFP restricts us. This is some new level idiocy of running a football club. Really. Suning and co should be just financiers of the club and they should hire competent people to run the club.

First step should be to kick Thohir the FUCK OUT. He's useless as president and owner. Doesn't have any money for the club and doesn't know anything about football world (in Europe). Second would be to hire a president who knows his job and competent people to work with him and for him.

Now it looks like Pazza Inter Moratti era stuff when Moratti just bought a player he wanted without consulting anyone. Though even then Moratti knew his playground, unlike these Chinese idiots who have no clue.

That's the next thing how in the hell can an agent tell a club who to buy? Even if you happened to be an advisor of the owner. The club has a structure and it has some people to do this kind of jobs. If you dont trust that guy either fire him or inspect everyone of his steps. I have some questions about Thoir's work but atleast he tried to bring some new elements to our club which might work might not I'm not sure. But listening to Kia to buy his overpriced player is like listening to your friends to give them money you never see again or in best case scenario you see some part of it. It's not against Joao Mario maybe he is a world beater midfielder who happened to be not in the radars of the top european clubs. But this deal is a financial suicide in my opinion.
