When i heard skrinnar injury what come to my mind is skrinniar is human too

But if he wont play, arent miranda and de vrij will play for the first time right ?
Spalleti didnt have a chance to try this duet in pre season

Bit risky tbh, but we dont have choice anyway

Gonna get bashed for this, but is it just me or is he calmer when miranda is next to him?
He still had a good game but was out of a couple of times and had two clearances where he looked a bit nervous.

Dont get me wrong he still had a very good game, he just seemed a bit nervous in the beginning of the game.

On a side note absolutely loved the hug between him and devrij

Just watch Torino games again, and it was such horrible set up. With him as LCB it makes him away to far left even overlapping since need to covering Asamoah who loves to going forward and then left us with D'ambrosio and De Vrij as pairing duo which cost us that Bellotti goal.

Asamoah -- Brozo -- Vecino -- Vrsajko
Skriniar -- De Vrij -- D'ambro

when attack
Asamoah -- Brozo -- Vecino -- Politano
Skriniar -- De Vrij -- D'ambro -- Vrsaljko

D'ambro as LCB tactically will more suit with this set up. But then Im just relieved Spalletti not stubborn enough and then back to back four last games. SO Im good eventho he play as LCB since there is Asamoah there not Dalbert.

I'm still adamant that if we play in a 3 CB system that firstly, Miranda should be one of the 3, not D'Ambrosio, and it should be Miranda on the left and Skriniar on the right. Whatever. Hope we don't even see any 3 back formation again.

Basically I would not want to see 3 men defense at all.

Our full backs are simply not attacking enough.

I'd like to see 3 at the back with Asamoah on the left and Candreva on the right. Roast me

Skriniar said no to new Inter contract (€2.5M), asking for at least €3M

After he knew will faced barca and spurs think he wont go lower than 3m lol just give him a raise, his price will raise even more after he step on CL.

renewal rejected

PS: Skriniar also got a payrise. When we signed him from Samp he was earning about a mil, now he earns 2.5 (i think). his contract was also extended from 2022 to 2023. It's not like his performance wasn't rewarded. Of course he cannot expect to earn as much as Icardi who has been great with us for years.
now he earns €1.7m which is quite good for his age. When he becomes a certain starter, this should become higher. Plenty of time for that.

that's what happens when you pull a miraculous season, then at the end of the year, the management gives your raise to Icardi.
what's the point of giving your all if you're underpaid ?
i don't blame him if he doesn't give a shit anymore. i blame the management.
he is playing like what you expect from someone with his current salary.
That`s not a professional attitude right there, he should keep pushing himself to further develop and earn it.

Inter and Milan Skriniar are at a dead-end when it comes to extending the defender’s contract. There is no agreement between the parties according to the Gazzetta dello Sport and we are not even near to a signature.

It is a question of money. Skriniar is currently making €1.7M net per season, a figure destined to raise slightly from 2019 onwards. At the end of last season, Inter and his agent, Karol Csonto, met and the club showed great willingness to give him an increase. There was a new offer with net wage of €2.5M, 50% more than what he’s making currently. But Skriniar said no. That offer was considered too low by the player’s agent. It is not a good representation of what Skriniar is expecting which is at least €3M per year.

Both sides maintain a good relationship but Inter are staying firm. And again, current contract expires in 2022 and so there is no rush to discuss it. Inter are more than happy to continue paying him the current salary and then will resume discussion next summer.

The logical side of me says that we shouldn't worry as this will very likely get sorted and we'll give him a sum both parties will be happy with, and we'll keep one of the world's best young CBs on our books and motivated for many more years.

Every other fibre of my being is screaming: WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING YOU MORONS?? GIVE HIM WHATEVER THE FUCK HE WANTS!!

It also doesn't help our other defenders currently earn way more than him. De Vrij 3.8m, Miranda 3.5m and Ranocchia 2.4m. So i think Skriniar demands are pretty fair.

Skriniar should be earning at least double his current salary.

Exactly, a new comer as De Vrij earns way more then him while Skriniar already proved himself as one of the best defenders of the world. He should be the best paid defender of Inter without a doubt.

We have no choice but to comply with his demand. Skriniar is the lynchpin of our defence for now and future, he will be Icardi's vice captain soon, and he is the fan favourite. Add those to our new wage structures after new players arrival and Champions League, we have no excuse to put him at the Ranocchia's salary level.

Last year he actually earn only 1.2mil and this year seems he got automatic payrise due to achieve CL spot and earn 1.7mil before new contract. And Inter also think doubling his salary from last year (to 2.5mil) will sufficient while his agent trying to negotiated to earn 500k more.

It's also a question of how proven he is. I would be tempted to baseline him at day 2.75 with substantial bonuses depending on things like CL qualification. I'm feeling a bit burned by Murillo and JJ still tbh - though skriniar was much better than those two

GdS bored af... Time to create some drama for Inter... To unstable the ship yet again... Do Rube get this treatment
Nope! Never happens
And then Inter fans think Inter mgmt is incompetent more than they really are.
I'd burn down the entire media system that licks Rube's ass everywhere. Fuck
