Can't wait until we start 3 at the back, bench Eriksen, and draw 0-0

According to Sky, Conte was working on 4-3-1-2 in the training earlier today. I don't think he will ditch the back 3 formation easily but it's good he's at least considering an alternative.

Sadly i can't see it happening. RAI want only one game per day and Juventus and Milan are strongly against playing on 13th instead of 12th.
Of course juBentus get more days until the Final scheduled for June 17 ;)

That is about the rules of Coppa. In first legs, Inter Napoli played first, in the second legs, Juve Milan play first. It's just shitty luck for us because we have the extra game for Serie A also.

But there's some relief now as this match is indeed 13th and other one is 12th. Then possible final is 17th and our match against Sampdoria is 21st. So it's 3 games in 9 days. It's like a euro game week. Saturday, Wednesday, Sunday. Original dates were 14th, 17th and 20th which would have been ridiculous, Sunday, Wednesday, Saturday.

Would love it if we came out in a 4-3-1-2 here. We are chasing the match so why the hell not.

Conte has had time to work on it if he’s interested in trying the formation

3-4-1-2 is the rumor with Eriksen behind Lukaku and Lautaro plus Brozo and Barella behind him

Conte hasn't tried 3-4-1-2 a lot since Eriksen joined but whenever he did i can't say it really worked. I believe 4-3-1-2 suits us more.

A real game in less than 5 days!!!

Thank god cus I can't deal with only having the same 3 transfer rumors (that never progress) to talk about.

I don't think that formation is strong enough defensively in the midfield to work. I can't imagine it winning the ball back very often.

Sky prediction:

INTER (3-5-2): Handanovic; D’Ambrosio, Ranocchia, Skriniar; Moses, Barella, Brozovic, Sensi, Young; Lautaro, Lukaku. All. Conte

3-5-2 and no Eriksen.

Forget Eriksen for a second, what's happening at the back there :yao2:

Godin, Bastoni and De Vrij are dealing with muscle issues. De Vrij and Bastoni are likely to be fit but Godin will probably be out (same as Vecino).

Personally I cannot get into my head that football is back again. I mean, Bundesliga was back earlier but the enthusiasm is not the same. I'm always talking about myself as I haven't watched a single football game since the Corona shit happened. I only saw a few sequences of the match but didn't bother watching completely at all.

Nonetheless watching Inter again would be special, for the first time I don't care if we lose or not. The most important thing is that Inter is gonna be back on action and that feels great enough. During all this period of virus I had to watch old videos and everything to fulfil the lack of Inter emotions lol.

Hopefully we get to see an improved Eriksen. He would be an essential connection key between our back and front. We can do this and we have to do this.

I am not sure if it is just a rumour, but we are apparently lining up against Napoli with Ranocchia, Skriniar and D'Ambrosio at the back.

I have been waiting a long time to see my Inter again. I did not bother with the Bundesliga. No matter how hard I try, I cannot bring myself to watch German football.

Our last game against Juventus was a shit show. The break since we last played has been long and bitter. I know that we will be rusty but I do not want to see another lifeless performance where we do 5/8's of very little to try and win a game.

I would like to see Eriksen deployed in his natural position which would mean a change in formation. It will also be interesting to see where Martinez's head is really at. In the matches in the lead-up to lock down, he was nowhere to be seen. I sincerely hope we do not see a repeat of him ghosting around the field thinking about Messi and all the other cocksuckers at Barcelona.

Juventus-Milan and Napoli-Inter in the Coppa Italia semi-finals will both be played at 21:00 local time (CET).

No extra-time in Coppa Finals

It was announced this afternoon that Lega Serie A had modified the rules, which will apply to just the 2019-20 campaign: Extra-time has been scrapped for the remainder of this season’s Coppa Italia, with ties going straight to penalties.

We soon play again, exciting! However Ranocchia playing makes me tremble... of emotion?
