Brazilians rarely thrive in the EPL so i wouldnt be surprised if Paulinho would chose Inter over spurs. Besides spurs are just as crap as Inter are, if the salary is the same why not chose a league in a country where your countrymen usually succeed and is generally more similar to your home country.
