Paulo Dybala

Imagine you`re in Ausilio/Marotta`s shoes, would you offer Dybala a contract?

  • Yes - unlock defences and add value: creativity, individual brilliance, attacking outside the box

  • No - serious doubts about his fitness and contribution when it matters the most

thing is, it isnt that simple right?

Dybala for 5 seasons on 6mil = 60mil (factoring in tax)

Scamacca for 50mil + 2m a season on 5 years = 70mil

Dybala has less risk in some ways, too

But in 3 years, if Scamacca doesnt work out, we can still re-sell him for a bunch of money. If Dybala doesnt, I Feel another golden handshake (after we extend his first year contract with some good glimpses so we can reduce the amortisation of his agent's bonus fee or something)

I think at this point, this has become a myth. Aside from Politano, I can't think of any other players this has worked out for in recent memory. Joao Mario, Lazaro, Dalbert, Gabigol, even Sensi have been a massive pain in the arse to offload once they didn't work out. And they were all bought with 'resale value'.

I'\d think by now that he has "enough" Serie A track record tohave opportunity & he is also Italian, which helps. Look at Pina, for example.

Dybala surely has an offer from Inter but it's not a paper he can sign and then become an Inter player. But the deal is ready if Marotta wants it to happen.

Roma offer, I'm sceptical there is one, I mean the 6m€ per year which was reported today.

Pedullà - For #Dybala nothing has changed, it will be like this until someone makes a concrete move. This has not been the case so far.

Pedulla once again disagrees with Di Marzio interesting to see how this ends if not just for the different amount of reporting

To go from Inter to Roma/Napoli is quite the step down. He will still play in the CL if he goes to Napoli but he will be giving up trophies for the rest of his career.

I think the silence is down to the fact that he is coming to Inter and he simply has to wait until Sanchez leaves.
I like the way you think! Keep the positive vibes

Meh I don’t think it will happen. He’ll probably end up signing for Roma or Napoli.

Inzaghi has stated multiple times that he’s happy with the attack and the 5th attacker could be a youngster (probably Carboni). Combined with the general cooling off of rumors.

I mean I suppose anything could happen but he’s clearly not a priority.

I will say it's strange, bremer MVP of serie a defenders and no club form Europe is moving in on him? Even though Chelsea Barca united all needed cb? Same with Bayern.....

Dybala?? A top talent in the league is on a free and no clubs are throwing money at him? Including PL??

It's just a strange coincidence

That is because both players are set on coming to Inter and we already have agreements with both Dybala and Bremer. That is why there is no sense of alarm or urgency.

Inzaghi is an idiot and he will flop here cause he still thinks Dzeko is relevant and Correa is top forward.

Why is Sanchez still in Inter? ..
Because he still thinks he is prime Sanchez and relevant.

Maybe it is hard for him to accept that he is in decline and does not wish to adjust his expectations accordingly.

Or maybe he realises he is in decline and will not be paid the wages he is receiving today when he moves to a new club so he would rather stay here for another season, even if it means he will not play that much.
