Paulo Dybala

Imagine you`re in Ausilio/Marotta`s shoes, would you offer Dybala a contract?

  • Yes - unlock defences and add value: creativity, individual brilliance, attacking outside the box

  • No - serious doubts about his fitness and contribution when it matters the most

Out of Lukaku's 12 seasons he had a success rate of 50 percent at best. 12/13 West Brom, 13/14, 14/15 and 16/17 Everton, and 2 seasons with Inter. Get's sold for big money, does shit again in Chelsea, mind you 3rd time around, and now he is back demanding to get back, Inter covering his transfer fees and back to walk over the defenders in Serie A. Ok, it may work, but financially, screw it for 29 year old cry baby to do this. What happens if he has a return like at Chelsea. Then what?

Don't worry, we ain't gonna buy him. Only loan. And preferably with 0 € loan fee.

Marina can lick a lollipop if she thinks we're gonna buy Lukaku. Only on loan deal for 1 year. But these are usually expensive. Imagine Beppe getting 2 year loan WITH option. Paying with DeVrij.

Now that would be sensational.

What do you think the plans are for Correa, Dzeko, and Pinamonti if we do get both Dybala and Lukaku ?

The perks of being a bankrupted club. The management can't waste money on stupid transfers like bringing back Lukaku because they have nothing to spend, and Chelsea know we're poor so they have to loan him for free.

Pinamonti will either be sold or used as part of an exchange deal
Dzeko we are stuck with for 1 more year
Correa depends if there are any good offers for him

Mortgaging our future by selling young stars like Bastoni just to sign glamorous big name players like Dybala and/or Lukaku is a strategy that spirals downwards.

If Inter have no money, I would much rather we lower our immediate ambitions & focus on buying less glamorous, lower wage players. Reduce our wage bill drastically and keep our young stars.
Sadly Suning doesn’t care about future. Perhaps the only future they are thinking about is their debt deadlines.

Sell Bastoni and sign Lukaku sounds bad enough but it get even worse to know we are about to sign Mkhitaryan, old, declining, high salary and not even a big name in his prime… such a retarded move.

My old Master Lord Branca always advised "Appear weak when you are strong, and strong when you are weak".

Inter vice-president Javier Zanetti hinted they will ‘evaluate an opportunity’ to unite Paulo Dybala with Lautaro Martinez, while Argentina will be ‘protagonists’ in the 2022 World Cup.

Zanetti is the vice-president of Inter and was inevitably asked if fans can dream of seeing Dybala and Lautaro Martinez together at club level next season as well as internationally. Unlike previous comments, this time he did not hold back on the former Juventus talent.

“The transfer market opens now, we are a club that must take opportunities and if this is an opportunity then we will evaluate it. We also need to deal with all the considerations you already know, but Dybala is certainly a great player.”

Just another confirmation that it`s done, we just need to make room.

They're going to lose both Lukaku and Dybala. Just watch.
I know these anti-management posts are highly popular here on FIF, but neah, Dybala has been locked months ago.

still say we should play dybala behind two strikers
At first I thought this would be giving too up too much defensively, then I realized Serie A is awful outside of the top 5 or 6 teams. It would also solve our problem of being unable to create down the middle. Seemed like our entire attack was through Perisic last season. And Gosens is more of a runner than a self creator like Ivan. Regardless the Lukaku deal isn't happening but I'd be interested if it did happen.

That's hardly a confirmation. Actually that's not very encouraging.
