for goodness sake, he was in his teens then. we are hardly not going to sign a player for some trolling. 2011 we had just won the treble so were probably the most hated team in italy at that time then went to shit so im sure there was plenty mocking us

I thought Douglas Costa was amazing in Champions League under Pep but from what I've read his performances are inconsistent. Can someone who watched Bayern this season shed some light?

Never really rated Costa. I was honestly surprised when Pep wanted him at Bayern. He is a decent dribbler, but a sketchy finisher and doesn't strike me as a terribly smart player. I'd certainly pass.

I like him as a striker more than a winger. Could be a really interesting CF option in the right system. For example I think he would kill it Mertens style in a system like Napoli's.

Yeah was really impressive in Ajax's Europa League clash against Lyon.

Zabaleta on a free transfer, one year contract with an option for another. We should be making this move. we only have the league next season and he's obviously better than DDA. Not like DDA is going to develop either.

If I had any faith in us managing to contract him for 1 year + an option one then I would like the idea, but I don't see us pulling that off.
