The rumour that Marseille pulled out of negotiations was that he wanted 77k a week which honestly isn't bad in comparison to what some other players are on. If Jesse Lingard is on 112k per week I wouldnt be upset to meet what Meyer wants.

Problem with all this free transfer player is the agent know well they can get an extra money squizzing the club. Even Jonathan Bamba agent asking extra fee for his client, or the infamous Emre Can which Juve need pay an extra 14m fee just to signing him even after they give him 5mil/year. Thats is just beyond crazy when you think you can get player with that money. We thankfully get the most easiest to deal Free transfer player in De Vrij and Asamoah, both served quality and worth the money without giving us an extra headache.
