We have a lot of NT players here. :)

One bad thing is that Adriano has a game on Wednesday 8th September and we have our first league game on Saturday 11th. It's just two days rest along with the flight.

Adriano - #10
Wow, thats a lot of players out on Intenational duty. I'm thinking those players won't be considered starters vs. Chievo so it will be big chances for those not on International duty to get some starting time.

Oh, I didn't wrote my exact feelings. I mean that Adriano is only South-American player who plays on 8th September. Those who play in Europe, it doesn't matter so much cause they won't have a long flight with a jetlag like Adriano will have. I think the rest can do it on Saturday. They take a rest on Thursday and a little training on Friday. Or what you guys think how it's gonna go?

The friendly of Germany - Brazil on 8 September 2004 will be played in Berlin. I don't think it is very far from Verona.

I just watched Italia-Norway match.

It was good to see some youngsters (Gilardino, De Rossi and Bonera) there, but Italia totally lacked something in this match. Quite a poor performance, again.

Best player of the game was Zambrotta :star: :star:

Worst player: Materazzi, again. Twice in a row. He was crap against Iceland and he was so crap today. Because of him, Norway scored they goal.

This is what i said August 19th:
Worst player in the field award goes to Materazzi. This man simply cannot do anything good with his NT. He was so horrible that even Jimmy´s cat would be better. I certainly hope this was his last match in National Team level.

I know that Materazzi has played much better in Inter, but still i cannot imagine what would it be like if we sell Cannavaro now. That would leave us Cordoba, Materazzi, Burdisso and Mihajlovic. Sell Cannavaro and we´re screwed!
And i still feel like it...

You seriously want us to buy Toni?

He´s not very good you know. I´m more than glad he scored, but he has no business with a team like Inter. I had rather kept Ventola than buy Toni. He shouldn´t be at NT either, nor should Corradi or/and Materazzi.

When our members are so convinced that Vieri can´t play with Adriano, then how Toni can?
Was Favalli injured?
Nope, i dont think so.

I like Materazzi, but everytime he is defending my heart is in my hands. He can tackle a player carelessly in the penalty area (Inter vs. Arsenal, Italy vs. Bulgaria.) You have to tackle smartly or let your goalie or defence-mates save you.

True indeed. Even though Materazzi has done quite well for us, I don't trust him at all, as I do with Cordoba and co. :(

Phew... Favalli is injury free, YES!

I was very impressed with Toni. Not only the goal... All his movements without the ball was excellent IMO.

And can he coexist with Adriano? Better than Vieri I think. But I wouldn´t worry anyway because Vieri will be finished in about 3 years time...

How old is Toni? Don´t tell me he is 28 or above?
