Exactly my thoughts. I hope they get relegated somehow.
it was his wife, but i think they broke up last year. He also has been acting like this for almost 20 years, so there's no excuse for his stupidity.Wasn't his sister or wife suffering from cancer? Maybe that's why he's acting like this. Though he doesn't warrant the benefit of the doubt.
Stupid drunk fuck
Just a week after his return to Belgium, Radja Nainggolan immediately ends up in trouble: according to what was reported by the Belgian portal hln.be, the new Antwerp purchase was intercepted by a police patrol on the night between Saturday and Sunday around 4am. when he was speeding through the Antwerp area in his high-speed car.
The police subjected the former Inter to the alcohol test which resulted above the permitted limit. For Nainggolan, the license was withdrawn for at least fifteen days, as confirmed to the hln.be portal directly by the Antwerp police.
Radja Nainggolan revealed that he turned down offers from Chelsea and Juventus because he wasn’t interested in the money.
The Belgium midfielder had a rather unique career, spending a number of years in Sardinia with Cagliari, where he became a cult figure. A successful spell in Rome followed, before he made a rather unsuccessful move to Inter. Last summer, he signed for Royal Antwerp, ending his association with Italy for the first time in his career.
Speaking on OCW Sport’s Twitch channel, Nainggolan reflected on his career and the decisions he made.
“I don’t give a damn about money. If I had thought about money I would have had a very different career. After Cagliari I could have gone to Juve, who also wanted me when I was at Roma, but not only that, I could have also gone to Chelsea, but I preferred to be myself in a city where I have always felt well accepted both as a player and as a man.
“With Roma we reached the semi-finals of the Champions League and I was convinced to stay, but when Monchi arrived they didn’t want to keep me. Roma had given the mandate to certain agents to represent the club in the negotiations, and they also took out my agent. At that point I decided where to go and I chose Inter to follow Spalletti.”
The 33-year-old Nainggolan is currently playing for Royal Antwerp in Belgium, having signed a two-year deal with the team last summer. He spent the first 15 years of his career playing in Italy, spending time with Piacenza, Cagliari, Roma and Inter.
The Belgium midfielder made 367 Serie A appearances in total across his career, scoring 48 goals and providing 35 assists in that time. He technically won the Scudetto with the Nerazzurri last season, having made four appearances at the start of the campaign under Antonio Conte.
José Mourinho expects two new signings before the end of the summer transfer window following injuries to Wijnaldum and Nicolò Zaniolo.
The PSG loanee will remain out of action for at least four months following a fibula injury on Sunday. Zaniolo has been ruled out for almost a month with a shoulder problem.
