IMO quite a dick comment at the middle of the season from a player of this calibre. He's never been worth a starting spot at Inter.

He was pretty good in the first six months, but completely garbage after that. One of few worst players to ever play for Inter since I'm watching football. Absolutely trash in every aspect of the game. He has a damn great body construction but still is terrible physically, that goes to show that dude has ZERO brains on how to use resources. Marotta needs to get off his ass, do some fucking work and sell this prick for any nominal amount. Considering Gagliardini contributes zero, it's impossible to find a player who can do any worse. Just go and grab any 35 year old Serie A dickhead on loan for the rest of the season. However, the midfielder never managed to cut out the aspects from his game that have frustrated Nerazzurri fans.
The 28-year-old always seems to misplace passes too often or fail to read situations on the pitch, to the irritation not just of the fans but also of his coaches.
Accordingly, a player who arrived with a big reputation and the expectation of at least being a high-quality backup option has sat on the shelf for long periods.
Gagliardini will find a new club in the summer where he will hope to prove his worth at the Serie A level with regular playing time.
