Romelu Lukaku

Are you willing to have Inter spend 65 million (or more) on Lukaku to satisfy Conte?

I watch United every week.

This is footballing suicide from Juventus. Lukaku basically puts a cap on what a team can accomplish because he's so technically limited. He's a terrible target man too - Built like Tarzan, plays like Jane. He has some good qualities around the box for sure but is nothing close to what you'd look for in a Sarri team and a terrible player to compliment Ronaldo. He was absolutely out of his depth at times in an awful Utd side - When his confidence goes it's a while coming back.

Meanwhile they sacrifice the best talent they have under 25 years old. The guy they should build around when Ronaldo declines - It's fucking madness.

Best case scenario now, is that we end up with Lukaku + Dybala

Worst case scenario is ending up with Dzeko + Rebic

Its all still to play for in the mercato. The Lukaku/Dybala situation will be clearer in the next few days.

To be honest I wouldn't even be that sure we can land Dzeko, with the way Roma are acting.

Worst case scenario we're fucked unless Lautaro develops into one of the best CF's in the world.

Worst case is Longo and Puscas with Lautoro injured for an entire season while Perisic don’t know what the fuck he’s doing because we don’t have a position for him.

Wallace, as much as I think you're one of the most sarcastic motherfuckers on this Forum, I also have to say that I find many of your posts amusing.

From a pure footballing standpoint I see no benefit, sense for JuBe wanting Lukaku.
For me JuBe is after Lukaku for the sole reason to destroy their competition 'Inter'. Or let me say Inter have not been much of a competition as of late, but hijacking the Lukaku transfer is a way of corrupting the 'project' of Inter.

Destroying their competitors by giving away better player?

This is just a deal that sort of fell in place for both clubs. They wanted #9, we wanted to offload #9, they wanted to offload #10 and we don't have good #10. If it's just a cash deal, don't think Juventus would have paid money and ManUtd wouldn't have tried to sign Dybala as the chance of him moving was non existent.

Don't think the deal will be completed, there will be plenty of twists in this.

Troll masterplan?

From a pure footballing standpoint I see no benefit, sense for JuBe wanting Lukaku.

Think of a pure evil plan: juBentus want Icardi. They already told him to reject Napoli, Roma, etc. and wait for them. So far so good.
Now if they REALLY want to troll us? They make this kind of "interesting" bid [and of course Dybala knows about this troll bid/they want to sell him anyway] that in theory could favor both clubs - direct swap.

They obtain agreement with Lukaku, to make him look bad in front of INTER now, spreading these complicated negotiations between July and August. Now, we`re already in August, so they are in perfect timing to block Man Utd`s transfer market - at least the incoming part. Dybala will most probably reject them, so the deal is OFF and they don`t have a replacement in line because the incoming transfer window is soon closing. So they either keep Lukaku and INTER does not get him [#winning], or they force Man Utd to pay astronomical fee & salary for Dybala just in case they panic in the last few hours [#winning].
They offloaded Dybala [possibly even Mandzukic], they cashed in, they have to money to wait for Icardi now - and we know the more time passes, the more his transfer value decreases. [#winning].

Paulo Dybala is making very high demands, including a €15m commission, as he doesn’t want to leave Juventus for Manchester United in a Romelu Lukaku swap.

Multiple sources in Italy and England claim La Joya is unenthusiastic about the deal, while Juve are trying to push him towards Old Trafford.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, the obstacles placed in the way of this transfer includes a €15m commission for his agent.

The salary demands are at least €10m per year plus bonuses, along with the €85-100m fee Juventus would command.

Most of that would be cancelled out by Lukaku, but there is still a gap between the valuation of the two forwards.

Dybala returned to Turin yesterday morning and was driven straight home, but is not expected at the training ground today either.

The Corriere dello Sport maintains Juve told Dybala he’s not due back for training until Monday, despite La Joya flying back earlier than expected.

His long-awaited crunch talks with Coach Maurizio Sarri could even happen over the phone.

Not only are Juve pushing Dybala towards Manchester United, but the Daily Mail also claims Cristiano Ronaldo urged him to accept the move during a WhatsApp conversation with the rest of the squad.

French site Le 10 Sport maintain the Argentine is holding out for the Premier League transfer window to close so he can go to Paris Saint-Germain.

I wouldn`t mind even considering what UK garbage like Daily/Mirror/Sun is writing, I posted it for the GdS news: Dybala is not rejecting them, he is asking for the stars so Man Utd won`t agree terms with him. A more elegant way of rejecting, isn`t it?

He is not in travelling squad again, so won't play against Milan tomorrow.
