This is exactly why I think we shouldn't prioritise on a Vidal/Rakitic/Eriksen. We should go all in on a wingback on the left side and 1-2 backups in the midfield. Big stars can come during summer.

Well, if you want to have 1-2 backups in the middle, you have to aim higher than Gagliardini/Vecino level and you end up with either Vidal or someone like De Paul who is not cheap by the way. And it also makes a difference if you purchase 35m on De Paul and than you have to go with someone like Darmian on the wing.
If you make a clever deal for Vidal for 15m , you have free 20m to use on the wing.

Good game. Manolas should've done better on first goal i.e. put Kaku on his right foot instead of his left, but that's not our problem. Looks like he's learned how to properly chest a long pass, finally.

125 is a bit exaggerated indeed, yes. But if he stays injury-free, over 100 goals is nothing extraordinary. He has 16 now. Unless he learns to play as a true target player, then my happiness level won't go down even if his goal scoring record would go down.
