Like I said great player against minion teams. Fuck him. He's not a champion and we base our whole game on this guy. Fuck Cunte too.

Lol but some ppl here made it seem like we missed him last game, dude is a useless log when it comes to big games. I gotta hand it to him he does exceptionally well at stats padding against smaller teams

Getting reaaaaaaaaaaaally tired of seeing him running into positions (that time he actually runs to any position..) in which it's extremely hard or even impossible to receive the ball only to gesture with his dissappointment with his arms wide open...

Ibra didnt lie about his first touch.

The he screams at his teammates is getting more and more annoying, especially that he is playing like shit.

It seems he can barely hold himself on his feet, never mind play football. I imagine he's still carrying that knock he picked up against Crotone, and he has to play every game because no vice-Lukaku for 2 years now :)

Still, fucking useless tonight. Not a single right decision, shot, or pass.

What??? Being our main striker, and a supposedly top 5 striker in the world, yes, he is mostly at fault. Other than setting Hakimi twice, he was shit all game.

Only scores when we are 2-0 up against teams battling relegation.
Can't make any clever run.
Can't use his huge body.
Doesn't press.
Has a worse first touch than our center backs.
Spends the whole game shouting at his teammates and pointing where he wants the ball despite not making a good run for it.
Undoubtedly Top 5 striker in the world.

Thing is, we do everything too easy for him and he rarely gets any heat. He has it too easy and despite his inflated stats, he's underwhelming.

You have Lautaro missing some easy chances here and there, but Lautaro presses all the time and... he plays on the left.
That means:
1) no assistance from the left wing back. Young is irrelevant and Perisic can only participate in one phase.
2) Vidal or Gagliardini are his closest central midfielders. They also do not participate in both sides of the play.
3) This means that he is practically a weak side player for us and his best chance for involvement is by moving to the right, which Lukaku's inflexible runs make it extremely difficult, or by combining with Lukaku. Something that is quite rare itself.

Then you have this guy, playing on the right side. Having Barella run round he entire region tiring everyone near him. Having Hakimi being the only player on this team that makes an off the ball run... That puts pressure on a defense. And we always give the ball to him. At his feet. He cannot even chase a through ball properly, cannot recall any of these situations. It's only into space without a defender on him.

If we played Lukaku on the left and attempted to do the same thing with Young and Gagliardini around him, those Manchester United blooper videos would be a genuine highlight reel.

He has a third chance to try and play like an Inter #9 at the Gobbi stadium in the second round. Failed miserably 2/2 times. Last striker of us to fail so bad against them that was part of the rotation was probably in the mid 90s, like Maurizio Ganz or something...

everyone hates guys that scream at you all the time. So I wouldnt be surprised if players don't pass him the ball just cause they had enough of him.

I will simply bring back an old post of mine.

On one hand, you have his records which are pretty impressive.

ElD-ec0VMAE52Ef

But on the other hand, you have someone who was unreliable in big Serie A matches last season (0 goals against Juventus, Lazio and Atalanta, 1 goal against Roma, 2 against Milan and Napoli).

He's a great striker but imo he isn't world class and will never be. I like to have him in the team but we need Lautaro to step up as this guy can't be the leader of our attack if we want to win important trophies. For me the issue is the price. If we had signed him for 40-50m i would be delighted with him. But when you spend around 80m you expect someone of the calibre of Lewandowski or Aguero and he isn't at that level.

I am not a Lukaku hater. I actually like Lukaku. He is a great forward but he can't be the leader of our attack. Once again he failed to show up in a big game. Imo there are two options if we want to fight for titles. Either we sell one of them and replace them with a top forward who will be the leader in our attack or we bring in a quality backup who's a reliable scorer hoping Lautaro will soon step up his game and become the leader in our attack.

As I said before, any offer around 70-80m for them I sell 'em both and try to get Messi, or Aguero, or if they are out of our reach try to get a lone #9 (Belotti perhaps?) in the case Conte leaves and the new coach decide to switch to 4-2-3-1, 4-3-2-1, 4-3-3 or 3-4-3.

Smart business will strengthen the team, even when we seems to make hard decisions at times. The management needs to understand when it's time to let go, or stick with certain players.

Lukaku's awareness to position himself to the correct positions in the box is just fucking abysmal. His constant complaining to his team mates only makes things even worse. He's just out of reach so many times in games yet he decides to complain about the lack of pass. So frustrating to watch that shit.

I'm already worrying what it feels for Hakimi to get constantly shatten on by this so called leader whose awareness of his surroundings is 0.

Also, still waiting a goal against Juve from Lukaku.

Well, it's not like he aint crucial to us. Yeah he might be flopping in big games so far, but he is still important as hell to us.

Can't imagine what it feels like to play with this dude. He annoys the fuck out of me through the screen
