Kolarov and Vidal totally make sense to me, tbh that profile of players is 100% what the team needs, but only if it does not mean sacrificing Tonali for them.

This is the issue I have with everything so far. The deal with Brescia and the player were rumored to be completed (or at least nearly) for a long time now. To abandon it at this stage and to lose him to Milan is utterly embarrassing.

The audio was real. But he was drunk as fuck and the reason he was pissed was because they told him that he's expendable. That was 4 months after telling him that he'd be a core player for the squad over the next few years...

The only reason he left was because he was a strong personality that had clashed with other important people in the locker room (enter Icardi) and was seen as a potential disobedient troublemaker. Not because he was "washed up", or because of his "lifestyle" or other bullshit. We were just clearing the house for the new coach arrival.
