Well, if Ronnie is here, then...

Anyway, good for Conceicao, despite everything. I thought his career was finished when he went to Portugal and struggled. I also heared that he is popular with the fans, so that is nice to hear.

Then what?

I too think this is out of place. A sub forum should be made, like the main forum reading something the History of Inter and then the sub forums reading La grande Inter and Past Inter teams.

Our greats can not me mixed with our failures!

Same here Hamed. How wud u feel if someone opens a Choutos thread in La Grande.

Conceicaio is not "La Grande" material.

We celebrate our heroes over here. And Ronaldo did do something for us. But this does not apply to Conceicao.

No ****kinfreakkin way.

Are we again whining about the name of this forum? This is the right place to discuss about every ex-nerazzurri, incl. coaches and players. If only someone would be so nice to change the Forum name to 'Inter History'.

still can't forget his game for Portugal against Germany in Euro 2000. What a performance, and he was a gun at Lazio, just couldn't deliver at Inter.

Well, he's really doing well around here. Whenever he is on the field, Standard becomes more vivid, fast, agressive,...

He is the heart and soul of the team, though I don't know if he really was inter-material...

As Catanha pointed out he was great while playing for Lazio. In fact I was pretty happy when he joined us at first. However just like many other names when he arrived at Inter things went wrong for him. He then found himself in the same situation as VDM (just to give you a recent example).
He didn’t manage to get into the starting line-up. At the same time fans expectations grew for every pay check cashed in, and so he started to suffer on a psychological level and became one of the many players who in recent years have gone through the same crappy experience after having joined us. His touch was letting him down and his Lazio days crosses where no where to be found. In a nut shell he had no confidence what so ever.

Hamed, I don't undertsand the reasoning behind that. The forum reads La Grande Inter and we see all past Inter players? It should just be as the forum reads La Grande Inter and only the players that took part of that cycle!

Don't be offended by this but at the moment to me this forum contains threads that don't relate to the forum topic.

Currently perhaps we should discuss Vieri here. Maybe Fontana, Emre and Dalmat? Hey Pirlo aswell!

Those players don't belong to the most important cycle in the history of our club!

well to be honest a good solution be to open up a new part of the forum to talk about ex-nerazzuri players who arent part of the La Grande Inter.
About Conceicao, actually he is an exellent player,he just couldnt do anything with us,just like alot of good players that came and went.
