As for Rapid: They are better in europe than they are in the leage but nevertheless they are quite average at the moment and I see no chance for them to go through.

Inter should rotate therefore and give guys like Martinez some minutes!

Of course we exported that ass to Western Europe and ended up with the leftovers...

What do you guys think... should we focus on the EL like it was the CL, or should we use the EL to give play time to bench players or experiment with different tactics?

Personally I don't care a fuck about this competition, so I would be tempted to use this to experiment with tactics/players. However, the biggest thing Inter are lacking is the winning mentality. So I would prefer Inter try to win the useless cup. Give it a proper go, hopefully that experience will help us in the CL next season.

We must go all the way.

1) Winning habit.
2) We really need to lift a trophy.
3) Prestige.
4) We need a serious boost in coefficient points.
5) Our first team players need to learn and adjust to various kinds of opposition, not just Serie A relegation battlers and a couple of the top teams in Europe. We have zero experience from the inbetweeners.
6) Our fans really miss travelling around Europe during spring for Inter games.
7) We don't really have enough bench or enough roster spots in Europe (21 players list, isn't it?) to "rotate" and give minutes to players that wouldn't get any.

It depends for me. We should beat without any excuses Rapid and if then we have comfortable lead above other top 4 contenders, i think we have to put our efforts to EL. Otherwise just focus on CL's spots fight as usual.

I get your point but uefa did all that was in their power to make Europa League miserable.

I guess that if we advance to the semifinals then the sparkle will be there again for most supporters.

As i mentioned earlier the winners of this competition are all big names club, not one small team amongst them. For me it suffers from a long group stage but the knockouts are amazing.

Also maybe its the romantic in me but i like seeing teams like vidi and sherrif in group stage, their fans are enthusiastic and dont take it for granted. reminds me of 90s for big clubs in uefa cup or cup winners cup
