I've tried to keep an interest/eye on Brazilian football this season, first time for me and I've enjoyed it. They really ran away with it, their squad is impressive for Brazilian football.

Santos also still have a chance to qualify to the Libertadores, meanwhile Grêmio still have a chance to stay in Série A.

Now it's official: Grêmio has been relegated to Série B. Bahia has also been relegated.

Meanwhile, América Mineiro has qualified for the Libertadores for the first time in their history. Juventude escapes relegation and is the only team to not qualify for any international tournament.
