this is the national team of italy, the 31 players who were called up for a torunament called "world bla bla bla 2017", which i assume is an international tourmnament for nations:

31 players. 8 are actual Italians, 21 are from the American continent, of which around half form the US, the other half from other COuntries of the American continent (I was wrong in saying "mostly canadians and americans", as iirc it's only one guy from canada).

regarding 2 of them, i couldn't check were they are from (judging from their names, one Italian and one hispanic guy, but i'll leave them out).

my point was obviously that they aren't "actual" italian and dutch guys. especially the italian team has very little of "italian", it's more of a trick

Can objectively say though, at least the Dutch guys did something significant. I was there to see them in the semi finals. Rick van Den Hurk has also set his legacy playing in Korea/Japan.
