We were dominant all match (around 70 % ball possessing, have you ever seen such dominance in a Serie A-game?)

Last i checked serie a hadnt started yet...so how exactly we are dominating serie a with 70% possession is beyond me.

Friendlies are not important. Iirc, we had a stinker of a pre-season in 2009, drawing against UC-freaking-LA, but we still did well that season. We were also thrashed 5-0 by Barca in 2006 before we broke every record in Serie A.

But saying that things are all peachy after this latest defeat is just as wrong. I just hope that Gasp REALLY did learn the lesson from his latest experiment and don't make as much learning mistake during the course of the official season.

I honestly think we're fucked, but Branca & co deserves until 31 Aug to finalize the mercato and Gasp deserves to play some official match before we call for his head.

I'm assuming that was sarcastic.. but in all seriousness.. UCLA is always in the postseason. They operate in the fall, and in fall 2008, they won the Pac-10 championship.. so it wasn't like that squad that practiced with us in summer 2009 sucked. 2006 was a year they came in 2nd place in the nation. Recently, they've made the Quarterfinals in back to back seasons.

This season, we're highly favored to do well, not sure about making a deep tournament run, but still a quality squad, despite losing 0-2 to the #1 school in the nation last night.

Motivation I guess was a reason for that draw. I regret not being able to go down there and watch them myself. I wouldn't call it "freaking" Los Angeles. That's a school I have a passion for.

Santon and Faraoni are the future left back and right back for Inter. Ricky is looking better. Pazzini is still a God.

we where not that bad. I saw all the match. the thing with 3 defenders is pissing me off big time. you cant play with 3 defenders in italy or in CL. not even barca play with 3 defenders ....
