What sort of beer you looking at brewing?

Turned into a massive beer wanker in the past year or so and realised that most beers that the masses consume are totally void of flavour and character. We're still in the experimental stages, but we've been buying the grains and crushing them ourselves and trying out different malt grains and hops combinations at the moment.

I personally like my dark ales and IPA's though still not set on we'll be making but should be good.

If it takes off I'll make the Fitz Ale just for you
