Man that busta album caught me off guard. Love busta but his music has been off since back on my BS IMO.
But this new ELE 2 man shit is hot

1st 11 tracks are fire. Last tracks are too slow tempo. Should've done more bangers like the first 11 or just cut the album to about 14 tracks.

The Interesting thing is that Busta def has classic songs verses but in general his albums have been meh, same with Ludacris who to me is a great rapper but his albums are all over the place.

Busta over the last maybe 10 years every-time i try and listen to a song of his he is just spewing bullshit or trying these different trash flows. Dude likes to talk and adlib so much over his songs he ruins them.

Same with Swizz Beaz, made some hits but he trashes every song he produces.

Based on the feedback here though might give it a listen.

Revise down to 3.5 from 4. You're right K.I.; these dudes can't put together great albums. Good songs but not full albums. Stand by the first 11 being solid with a few bangers in there. After that is too spotty.

Hopefully they push some of these young'ns to make some solid sounding rap records. Interestingly, in my barbershop today a couple of young'ns were like "I don't even know a song from Busta Rhymes".... These dudes are 21-25ish. I was like :chan:blivious:

Busta keeps rapping with younger artists as well which i guess works to his advantage, i am surprised they didnt know one song of his though he is featured on a billion songs.

I agree that Busta doesn’t make great albums but disagree on Ludacris. I loved some of Luda’s earlier albums.

Let’s be honest though both are kind irrelevant at this point as rappers. Most Gen Z kids probably know Ludacris more as the actor from Fast & Furious franchise.

Em on trap beats is wack to me.

It's crazy that Eminem has one of the greatest producers (top 5 for me) on his label and they haven't put out a project together. Em's production hasn't been solid since 2002 and most of it wasn't all that great to begin with.

Eminem albums in general have weird production, his songs in general aren't the best for me in terms of Hip-Hop boom bap terms but some of my fav tracks in Hip Hop have him on it that are usually collabs or have traditional production on it.

Would be interesting to see him on an album with production from Alchemist, Premier & RZA for example but it will never happen.

The GZA x Muggs track again another beat i would like to see Em on for example, but him Jay Z Snoop Etc you wont see them Rap on these kinds of loops.
