This guy is our best wingback. That is not to say he's a great player, only that he's the best we've got for this position. It just takes him some time to do exactly what conte wants.

He's fast, he can beat his man, he can even score.

But he must do all he can to speed up the learning process.

He didn't get launched at beginning because he was injured, don't come with these kind of excuses because you and rest of company said he was trash.

Some even went as far and said we shouldn't buy him

This guy looked awful from his first appearance and he’s somehow managed to get worse.

Having said that, I actually want to see him start a game as I think he’ll ease into the game better. Being thrown in when the team’s 3 goals up only invites a mentality of “don’t fuck this up” rather than anything constructive. I still think he’s a lost cause at this stage.

One of the sub appearances he made earlier in the season, I remember him doing quite well. Today he was poor, but he's barely played this season so not going to write him off after a bad 20minute minute spell.

I'm not sure he's really a wingback. Also I can't blame the entire collapse on one guy. I think our mentality was the issue after the 4-1.

this guy knows nothing about defending, he covers his opponent really poorly and is so nervous like Dalbert was. He won few duels only thanks to his pace. He is a classic winger, can't imagine Conte gives him more chances, I think solution is to loan him to some italian team which plays with 3-5-2, like Fiorentina or SPAL, so he will learn the tactics and defending...

This is a whole new level for Lazaro and it's clear he needs work. If he adds something to our attack then I'd accept his defensive shortcomings.
